Normal Skin

Yeast, Yoghurt And Orange Juice

Things you will need:

 Yeast  1 tbsp
 Yoghurt  1/2 Tsp
 Orange Juice  1 Tsp
 Carrot Juice  1 Tsp
 Almond Oil  1 Tsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a container and add all the ingredients in it.
  2. Mix them well to form a paste.
  3. Apply this mask onto your face and leave it on for 25 minutes.
  4. Rinse the mask off using lukewarm water and pat the skin dry.

Repeat this treatment thrice in a week to keep your skin healthy and glowing.

Yeast contains antioxidant properties which helps in repairing the skin damage from within. Orange & carrot juices hydrate the skin whilst adding a brightness to it. Almond oil nourishes the skin and makes it soft.

Tomato And Curd Treatment

Things you will need:

 Tomato juice  4 tbsp
 Curd  2 tbsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, peel the tomato skin and cut it in small pieces.
  2. Toss it in a blender and juice it.
  3. Pour it in a bowl and add curd to it. Mix well.
  4. Apply this mixture onto your face and leave it on till it dries.
  5. Rinse it off using cold water and pat the skin dry.

Repeat this treatment twice in a week.

Tomato contains astringent properties which help in controlling excess sebum if any from the skin and help in adding a natural glow to the skin. Curd helps in removing dead skin cells while lightening it.

Oily Skin

Cornflour Treatment For Oily Skin

Things you will need:

 Cornflour  3 tbsp

  1. Take a bowl and add 3 tbsp of cornflour in it.
  2. Add in lukewarm water to it and make a paste using it.
  3. Apply this onto your face and leave it on for 30 minutes.
  4. Rinse it off using cold water and pat the skin dry.

Repeat this treatment 2-3 times in a week.

Cornflour has properties which can helps in gently sucking the excess oil from the skin and also regulating the sebum production in general.

Lemon, Potato And Honey Treatment

Things you will need:

 Lemon Juice  2 tbsp
 Potato Juice  2 tbsp
 Honey  1 tbsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a potato, peel it and grate it.
  2. Use cheesecloth and extract potatoes juice in it.
  3. Add in the other ingredients to it and mix all of them well.
  4. Apply this onto your face and leave it on for 1 hour.
  5. Rinse it off using cold water and pat the skin dry.

Cucumber And Aloe Vera Treatment

Things you will need:

 Cucumber  1/4th
 Aloe Vera Gel  1 tbsp

Procedure:

  1. Take 1/4th cucumber piece, peel it and chop it into pieces.
  2. Toss it in the blender and blend it.
  3. Use cheesecloth and extract its juice. Add in aloe vera to it and mix both the ingredients well.
  4. Apply this onto your face and leave it on for 15 minutes on the skin.
  5. Rinse it off using cold water and pat the skin dry.
  6. Complete the process by applying some moisturizer.

Repeat this treatment thrice in a week to see visible difference in the skin.

Coconut oil, Oats And Honey Treatment

Things you will need:

 Coconut Oil  1 tbsp
 Oats  2 tbsp

  1. Take 1 tbsp worth coconut oil and melt it using the double boiler method.

  4. Leave it on for 20 minutes and wipe it off using a wet cloth.

  3. Apply it onto your face and leave it on for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Rinse it off using warm water, splash some cold water and pat the skin dry.

Repeat this treatment thrice in a week.

Oatmeal helps in scrubbing the impurities off. Honey will help in balancing the oily area of the skin while banana will help in nourishing and moisturizing the dry area of the skin.

Egg White, Cucumber And Lemon Juice

 Egg White  of 1 egg
 Cucumber juice  1 tbsp
 Lemon juice  4-5 drops

  1. In a bowl, break open one egg into it. Use only the white part.
  2. Add in the other ingredients to it and mix them well.
  3. Apply this onto your face and leave it on for 20 minutes.
  4. Rinse your face off using warm water and pat the skin dry.

Repeat this treatment twice in a week.
