Here are some homemade face masks which you can use in order to make your skin look fabulous.

Gram Flour, Turmeric Powder And Sandalwood

Things you will need:

 Gram Flour  2 tbsp
 Sandalwood Powder  1 tbsp
 Turmeric Powder  1/4th Tsp
 Lemon  1/2
 Honey  1 Tsp
 Milk  2-3 Tsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, add gram flour, sandalwood powder, turmeric powder, honey and milk into it.
  2. Squeeze half a lemon into it and mix the ingredients really well.
  3. Apply this paste on your face and massage for a good 10 minutes.
  4. Leave it on for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Dip one cotton in some milk and use that to remove this mask.
  6. Rinse one last time using cold water and pat the skin dry.

Repeat using this treatment 1-2 times in a week.

Gram flour contains excellent properties which helps in brightening the skin and removing impurities. Sandalwood helps in absorbing excess oil from the skin while lemon with its bleaching properties work towards brightening the skin. If you have acne prone skin, we recommend skipping on milk.

Curd And Multani Mitti Pack

Things you will need:

 Multani Mitti  1 Tbsp
 Curd  1 Tbsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a fresh bowl, add Multani mitti and curd to it.
  2. Mix both the ingredients really well and apply it onto the skin.
  3. Leave it on till it dries off and, rinse it off using lukewarm water.
  4. Pat the skin dry.

Clogged pores can be a reason for excess sebum production. A mix of multani mitti and curd ensures that the skin is very well exfoliated, pores are unclogged and the oil production is reduced. It also provides skin with an inner glow and helps in total skin rejuvination.

Rosewater, Fullers Earth And Lemon Juice

Things you will need:

 Rosewater  1 tbsp
 Fullers Earth  1 tbsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, add rosewater, fullers earth and lemon juice in it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients really well. Make sure there are no lumps.
  3. Apply a thick coat of this mask on your face and leave it until it dries.
  4. Rinse your face using warm water and pat the skin dry.
  5. If your skin feels dry, finish with some oil-free moisturizer.

Use this mask 2 times in a week for best results.

Rosewater helps in balancing the pH of the skin. It also evens the skin out. Fullers earth is known to absorb the excess oil from the skin and making it fair as well. Lemon brightens the skin and balances the production of sebum on the face.

Multani mitti helps in removing dead skin cells from the skin which clogs the pores. Rosewater balances the skin’s ph while honey with its antioxidans keep the bacteria that cause acne away from the skin. Lemon brightens the skin and reduces the production of excess oil.

Coconut Oil And Baking Soda

Things you will need: 

 Coconut oil  1/2 Cup
 Baking soda  1/2 Cup

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, add coconut oil and baking soda in it.
  2. Mix both the ingredients well in order to make a paste of it.
  3. Cleanse your face using a mild cleanser and pat the skin dry.

  5. Rinse it off using lukewarm water and pat the skin dry.

Use this treatment not more than once in a week.

Coconut oil contains anti-bacterial properties which helps in killing the bacteria that cause acne to pop up. It also hydrates the skin and eradicates dry and peeling skin which sits on the pores and block them. Baking soda works both like a gentle exfoliator and a brightening agent.

 Lavender Essential Oil  1-2 drops

  1. Take a bowl, add coconut oil, honey and lavender essential oil in it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients really well.
  3. Apply this paste onto your skin and leave it on for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Rinse it off using lukewarm water and pat the skin dry.

Use this mask 2-3 times in a week.

Coconut oil hydrates the skin which in turn helps in improving the skins quality and also working on repairng skin. Honey contains antioxidants which repair skin damage and work on removing dead skin cells as well. These dead skin cells tend to sit on the pores and block them. Lavender oil sucks excess oil out.

Coffee, Honey And Olive Oil

Things you will need: 

 Coffee Grounds  2 Tsp
 Honey  2 tbsp
 Olive Oil  2 tbsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a clean bowl, add coffee grounds, honey and olive oil in it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients well in order to make a paste.
  3. Cleanse your face using a mild cleanser and pat the skin dry.
  4. Make sure to use bearable hot water while rinsing your face, this will open your pores.
  5. Now, apply this paste onto your face and scrub using a circular motion.
  6. Leave it on for 10 minutes and rinse it off again using lukewarm water.

Use this remedy 3-4 times in a week.
