Everyone dream’s of long, thick and shiny hair. Yet everyone is not able to fulfill their dreams. As it requires to keep your scalp healthy and also to maintain a proper diet for your hair growth. A balanced diet with proper amounts of proteins, fiber, and nutrients promote hair growth.

So, we have prepared a diet plan that you can easily follow to boost your hair growth.

For Breakfast:

1. Boiled Eggs:
