  13. Hello every one! I am a 32 year old woman and I have a daughter who is of 7 years old. She looks very thin and I really wanted her to gain some weight at least. I fear that if she is too slim it might affect her health also. I give her healthy foods every day. But then she is not gaining weight. Then I started giving her a lot of nuts every day morning and night. It really showed results but then she doesn’t like to consume those nuts directly. Now she is avoiding and fighting with me when i give her nuts. She tells that she hate hates them to consume it directly. I add those nuts in her lunch and dinner and give her. But then she takes all those nuts and keeps them separately. She avoids those nuts and eats the food alone. Now I don’t know what to do. Can you please tell me a way to make her consume the nuts?   18. Hello SORCHA RICHMOND! I am happy that you nuts really helped your daughter in gaining weight. But then you don’t have to worry much as she stopped consuming them. Yeah I have come up with a nut recipe that can be easily prepared at home. You can prepare this nut powder and make your daughter have it every day by mixing it with the milk. You can choose the nuts you want and take about 1/2 cup in each of the nuts. You can choose as many numbers of nuts you wanted to include in this powder. Then make those nuts to get dried in the sun for a few hours. Now take those nuts and put them in a mixer or a grinder. Before you put the nuts, make sure that the mixer or the grinder is completely dry and free from any water droplets. Now start to grind the nuts until it turns to a fine and smooth powder. You can add 6 to 7 pieces of elaichi if you want along with the nuts inside the mixer. This can give a fabulous odor to the nut powder that you have ground. Now take the powder and store it in an airtight jar. Take about 1 to 2 tbsp of the ground nut powder and mix it with milk. Mix the milk very well until all the powder gets dissolved completely in the milk. You can tell your daughter to have this during every morning and night. This can offer you a lot of effective benefits in terms of body weight and health. This is entirely a healthy way of increasing the body weight and improving your health. Make sure that the jar you store is sir tight and keep the nut powder away from water.

But then, according to me consuming it in the raw format will make you to gain all those essential vitamins, protein and minerals present in them as it is. If it is cooked, there are many chances for them to get lost. So prefer consuming them either in a raw format as it is or you can also powder them and have it along with your milk, coffee or tea as an energy drink. And consuming in raw format will help you to gain more weight that the cooked format. Or if you really wanted to consume them in a cooked format, then you can follow a simple technique. Put the nuts you wanted to consume in a small saucepan. Then add about 1 tbsp of fresh ghee into the saucepan along with the nuts. You can also add butter instead of ghee if you want. Then heat the saucepan under a low flame until the ghee gets melted completely. Then you add a little amount of sugar if you want for the taste. Once the ghee gets completely melted and combined with the roasted nuts, you can switch off the boiler. Now you can consume them regularly for an evening snack. The nuts combined with ghee and sugar can be even more effective in obtaining more body weight. Also, you can include the nuts in your regular food items. This will not cause any side effects or harm you. It will always be beneficial to you and your health.
