Using the heating equipments for styling, hair coloring and inappropriate hair care products are some of the reasons for such hair conditions. #1. Sunflower Seed Oil Hair Mask

Things Required:

  Fresh yogurt   1/2 cup
  Egg yolks   2
  Sunflower seed oil   2 tbsp
  Shower cap   1

Procedure:

  1. Firstly, take a bowl and put the egg yolks in it.
  2. Start beating the egg yolks until it turns frothy.
  3. Now add the fresh yogurt into the egg yolk and continue mixing it.
  4. Finally, add the sunflower seed oil into the egg yolk mixture and mix the ingredients well using a spoon.
  5. After that, start applying the egg yolk mixture all over your hair and scalp.
  6. Then cover your hair using a shower cap.
  7. Now leave the applied mixture to be there on your hair for about 40 to 45 minutes.
  8. Then rinse your hair with cold water to remove the egg yolk mixture.
  9. Use any mild shampoo while rinsing your hair.
  10. Also, do not use warm or hot water for washing your hair as it would make the egg to get boiled which can stuck on your hair.

Repetitions:

  • Use it regularly for about 2 times per week to get some effective results on your hair.

#2. Ripe Strawberry Hair Mask

Things Required:

  Ripe strawberries   5 to 6
  Egg yolk   1
  Olive oil   a few tsp

Procedure:

  1. Firstly, take the ripe strawberries and cut them into a few small pieces.
  2. Then put the strawberry pieces into a small bowl and start mashing them together until it turns to a fine paste.
  3. Now add the egg yolk and a few tsp of olive oil into the strawberry paste.
  4. Start to whisk the ingredients well until all the ingredients get combined well.
  5. Now divide your hair into a few small sections.
  6. Then start applying this hair mask all over your hair and scalp using the fingertips.
  7. Allow the strawberry hair mask on your hair to get dry for about half an hour.
  8. Now rinse your hair with plenty of regular water.
  9. Use any mild shampoo for removing the mask from your hair.

Repetitions:

  • Repeat using this hair mask once per week regularly to see some visible changes in your hair.

#3. Banana Hair Mask

Things Required:

  Ripe banana   1
  Eggs   2
  Raw honey   1 tsp
  Olive oil   1 tsp

Procedure:

  1. Firstly, take the banana and peel the outer skin layer and cut them into a few small slices.
  2. Now put those banana slices into a bowl and start mashing them using a fork or a beater.
  3. Mash it until it turns to a fine and smooth paste without any lumps.
  4. Now add the eggs into the banana paste and start beating them well with the spoon.
  5. Prefer adding the egg white if you have oily hair and egg yolk if you have dry hair. If you have normal hair type, then prefer adding the entire egg into the mixture.
  6. Also, if you want to reduce the odor of egg, then prefer slightly increasing the quantity of the other ingredients in the mixture.
  7. Now blend all these ingredients together using a blender.
  8. Then take a muslin cloth and put the banana paste inside it.
  9. Strain the banana paste by pressing the cloth to prevent any lumps.
  10. Now start dividing your hair into a few small sections.
  11. Then start applying this paste all over your hair and scalp.
  12. Use a shower cap and cover your hair completely.
  13. Leave the paste to be there on your hair for about 1 hour.
  14. Then rinse your hair with cold water and a small amount of any mild shampoo. Do not use hot or warm water for rinsing as it would make the egg to get boiled and your hair become messy.
  15. Also, condition your hair after this if you want.

#4. Orange Peel And Ginger Powder

Things Required:

  Orange peel powder   1 tbsp
  Ginger powder   2 tbsp
  Castor oil   As per the requirement

Procedure:

  1. Firstly, take a bowl and add the ginger and orange peel powder into it.
  2. Then add the castor oil into the powders kept in the bowl.
  3. Mix the ingredients well using a spoon until it turns to a fine paste.
  4. Then start applying this ginger paste all over your hair and scalp.
  5. Allow the paste to be there on your hair for about 2 hours.
  6. Finally, wash your hair with normal water and any mild shampoo.

Repetitions:

  • Repeat using this hair mask once per week regularly to get some effective results.

#5. Avocado And Oats Hair Mask

Things Required:

  Ripe avocado   1
  Milk   1 cup
  Rolled or steel-cut oats   1/4 cup
  Olive oil   1/4 cup

Procedure:

  1. Firstly, take one ripe avocado and put it inside a bowl.
  2. Start to mash the avocado until it turns to a fine and smooth paste.
  3. Then add all the other given ingredients into the mashed avocado kept in the bowl.
  4. Mix the ingredients well using a spoon until a fine consistency is obtained.
  5. Then divide your hair into a few small sections.
  6. Now take the paste and start applying it all over your hair and scalp.
  7. Make sure that the avocado mask is applied starting from the roots till the ends of your hair.
  8. After that, let the mask stay on your hair for about 30 minutes.
  9. Finally, wash your hair with normal water and any mild shampoo. Then pat it dry with a clean towel.
