Green Tea

Things you will need:

 Green Tea Leaves  1 Tsp
 Water  1 Cup
 Strainer  1

Procedure:

  1. Take a vessel and fill it with 1 cup of water.
  2. Bring it to boil and after the first boil, add 1 Tsp of green tea into it.
  3. Let it boil for a minute and turn the flame off.
  4. Strain it in a cup and add a little honey if need be.

Drink this every day, first thing in the morning.

Chamomile Tea

Things you will need:

 Chamomile Flowers  1 Handful
 Water  8 oz

 Fennel Seeds  2 tbsp

  1. Take a vessel and fill it with 1 ltr of water.
  2. Add in 2 tbsp of fennel seed to it and bring it to boil.
  3. After the water has turned brown, take it off the flame and leave it to turn warm.
  4. Strain it and add in 1 Tsp of sugar to it. Mix well.
  5. You can also skip it by adding honey or drinking it as is.

Drink it up twice, once in the morning and second in the evening.

 Honey  1 Tsp

  1. Take a vessel and fill it with 1 cup of water.
  2. Add basil leaves and ginger to it and boil for 1-2 minute.
  3. Using a strainer, strain it into a cup.
  4. Add in the lemon as well as honey to it and mix them well.

Cinnamon Tea For Inflammation

Things you will need:

 Cinnamon  2 tbsp
 Turmeric Powder  1/8th Tsp
 Green Leaf Tea  1-2 tbsp
 Honey  1 Tsp
 Lemon  If required

Procedure:

  1. Take a french press and add in all the ingredients into it.
  2. Fill it with half a cup of hot water.
  3. Leave it to steep for 5 minutes and stir once it is pressed.
  4. Leave the mixture to cool and transfer it into a clean mug.
  5. Add in ice cubes to it and top it with a slice of lemon.

Drink cinnamon tea once in the day. You can have it in the morning or in the evening.

Hibiscus Tea For Inflammation

Things you will need:

 Hibiscus Flowers  2 cups
 Water  4 cups

  1. Take a medium-sized saucepan and add in 4 cups of water to it.
  2. Add in hibiscus flowers to it and also 2/3rd cup of sugar.
  3. Bring it to boil and for 15-20 minutes let it heat on sim.
  4. Turn the flame off and let it cool.
  5. Strain and transfer it into a clean vessel. Add in 6-8 more glasses of water.
  6. Take a clean glass, add in some ice and pour the tea into it.

 Spearmint Leaves  Handful

 Honey  1 Tsp

  1. Take a vessel and fill it with 1 & 1/4th pint of water.
  2. Add in a handful of spearmint leaves to it and bring it to boil for 2 minutes.
  3. Strain it in a clean mug and add 1 Tsp of honey to it.
  4. Mix well and drink up!

Drink this on an empty stomach for best results.

Turmeric Detoxifying Tea

Things you will need:

 Turmeric  1/4th Tsp
 Black pepper  A pinch
 Ginger Powder  1/4th Tsp
 Honey  1 tbsp
 Water  2 cups
 Coconut Milk  1/4th Cup

Procedure:

  1. Take a vessel and fill it with 2 cups of water.
  2. Add in ginger powder and turmeric, close the lid and brew it for 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Take it off the flame, strain it and add the remaining ingredients to it.
  4. Mix again and drink it up!

Drink this tea once in a day.

Turmeric contains antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties which help in calming the inflammation of the skin down and also working on problems like pimples and dull skin.
