Henna, Lemon And Vinegar

Things you will need:

 Henna Powder  1 Cup
 Lemon Juice  2 Cups
 Vinegar  1 Tsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, add in 1 cup of henna powder, 2 cups of lemon juice and 1 Tsp of vinegar in it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients really well in order to make a paste. Leave it aside for 4-6 hours.
  3. Now, dip a hairbrush into it and apply this mixture onto your hair.
  4. Comb through it in order to spread the henna-paste in all sections of your hair.
  5. Cover it with a plastic wrap and leave it on for 2-3 hours.
  6. Rinse it off using cold water.

Repeat this treatment once, every single day.

Henna is the most trusted ingredient when it comes to coloring the hair naturally. It leaves hair strong, conditioned and free from impurities. Henna contains lawsone which contributes in adding colour to hair. It fuses into your hair and add highlights.

Henna, Hibiscus And Egg Mix

Things you will need:

 Henna Powder  5 tbsp
 Tea Powder  2 tbsp
 Curry leaves  20 no.
 Amla Powder  1 Tsp
 Fenugreek Seeds  1 Tsp
 Hibiscus Petals  Handful
 Egg white  of 1 egg
 Lemon juice  2-3 drops
 Yoghurt  3-4 Tsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl and add 5 tbsp of henna powder and 1 Tsp of amla powder in it.
  2. Mix it really well in order to make a paste.
  3. Now, add water into a vessel and add 2 tbsp of tea powder into it.
  4. Add curry leaves, hibiscus petals, and fenugreek seeds into the mixture and let it boil for 10 minutes.
  5. Strain the water and mix it with henna and amla powder. Grind the leftover ingredients (curry leaves, hibiscus petals, methi) and mix it with the paste.
  6. Leave it on overnight or a minimum of 6 hours.
  7. Next day, add egg white, yoghurt and lemon juice to the pack. Mix well.
  8. Apply on your hair and cover with a shower cap.
  9. Let it sit for 2-3 hours and rinse it off with cold water.

Repet this treatment 2 times in a month for best results.

This remedy not only helps in colourinsg the hair but also helps in nourishing the hair as well as the scalp. Ingredients like amla powder, henna as well as hibiscus helps in adding the colour while the other works like a mask which strengthens the hair and also nourishes both the scalp & hair.

Henna, Beetroot And Egg

Things you will need:

 Henna Powder  3 tbsp
 Beetroot Juice  3 tbsp
 Egg  1

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl and add 3 tbsp of henna powder, 3 tbsp of beetroot juice and 2 tbsp of amla powder in it.
  2. Mix them all really well in order to make a paste.
  3. Set it aside overnight.
  4. In the morning, break open 1 egg into it and mix them well.
  5. Apply this mixture onto your hair and cover hair with a shower cap.
  6. Leave it on for 2 hours and rinse it off using cold water.
  7. Towel-dry your hair and apply some hair oil.
  8. Leave it for 1 whole night and rinse it off using a mild shampoo the next morning.

Repeat this treatment once every week.

Henna, when mixed with beetroot, helps in providing a nice burgundy hair colour to it. Both the ingredients together provide the hair a rich colour that makes them look nourished too. The mask also helps in nourishing and moisturizing the scalp as well.

Henna, Beetroot And Hibiscus

Things you will need:

 Henna Powder  3 tbsp
 Beetroot  2
 Hibiscus Flowers  7-8

Procedure:

  1. Take a vessel and fill it with water.
  2. Peel 2 beetroot, cut it into pieces. Toss this and 7-8 hibiscus into the boiling water.
  3. Boil for 20 minutes.
  4. Take it off the flame and leave it to cool down.
  5. Add 3 tbsp of henna powder to it and mix them all really well.
  6. Squeeze 1 lemon into it right before applying this onto your hair. Mix well.
  7. Apply the mask and leave it on for 40-45 minutes.
  8. Rinse it off using cold water and use a mild shampoo as well as a conditioner.

Use this mask 1-2 times in a week.

Hibiscus and beetroot, both are excellent when it comes to adding a burgundy, red colour to the hair. Henna helps in adding a natural brown-copperish tint to the hair. This gives a nice highlight-effect to the hair.

Beet And Carrot Treatment

Things you will need:

 Beet Juice  1/2 cup
 Carrot Juice  1/2 Cup
 Sugar  2 Tsp

  1. Take a pan and add 1/2 cup each of both beet and carrot juice.
  2. Add in 2 Tsp of sugar into it and mix them really well.
  3. Place this pan on a flame and leave it on for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Keep stirring the mixture well.
  5. Apply it onto the hair once it has cooled down and leave it on for 1 whole hour.
  6. Rinse it off using cold water and towel-dry the hair.

Repeat this treatment thrice in a month.

Using it regularly will help in transfering the color of beetroot juice onto the hair. Heating the concoction also intensify the mix, making it very easier for the colour to get on the hair.

Coffee And Conditioner

Things you will need:

 Coffee Grounds  2 tbsp
 Coffee Powder  1 tbsp
 Conditioner  2 tbsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a vessel and fill it with 1 cup of water. Bring it to boil.
  2. Add in 1 tbsp of coffee powder in it and let it boil again.
  3. Set it aside and let it cool.
  4. Take a fresh bowl and add in all the ingredients in it.
  5. Mix them really well.
  6. Spread this mix onto your hair right from the scalp.
  7. Leave it on till the mixture dries off and then rinse it off using cold water.

Repeat this treatment 3 times in a week.

Coffee is an excellent ingredient when it comes to adding maroonish-brown colour to the hair. Conditioner helps in nourishing the hair while coffee grounds help in imparting a darker shade to hair.
