Things you will need:

 Turmeric Powder  1 Tsp
 Aloe Vera  2 Tsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, add turmeric powder and aloe vera gel in it.
  2. Cleanse your face using a mild cleanser and pat the skin dry.
  3. Apply this paste onto your face and massage for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Let it sit for 45-60 minutes.
  5. Rinse it off using cold water and pat the skin dry.
  6. Apply a light moisturizer on it.

Use this treatment 1-2 times in a week.

Turmeric powder contains healing properties which work on tan and prevent sun tan. It brightens the skin while aloe vera soothens the inflammationt. It also help in absorbing excess oil and prevent acne.

Oatmeal, Yoghurt and Honey Treatment

Things you will need:

 Oatmeal  2 tbsp
 Yoghurt  2 tbsp
 Honey  1 tbsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, add oatmeal, yoghurt and honey in it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients really well.
  3. Cleanse your face using a mild cleanser and pat the skin dry.
  4. Apply this paste onto your face and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  5. Use cold water to rinse the mask off and pat the skin dry.
  6. Finish by applying a light moisturizer.

Use this treatment once every week for best results.

 Gram Flour  2 tbsp
 White Turmeric Powder  1/4th Tsp

  1. Take a bowl, add gram flour, white turmeric powder and milk in it.
  2. Mix well until it makes a paste.
  3. Cleanse your face using a mild cleanser and pat the skin dry.

  5. Rinse it off using lukewarm water and pat the skin dry.

Use this treatment 1-2 times every week for best results.

  1. Take a bowl, add coffee powder, honey and lemon juice in it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients really well.
  3. Cleanse your face using a mild cleanser and pat the skin dry.
  4. Apply this paste onto your face and massage in a circular motion.
  5. Rinse it off using cold water and pat the skin dry.

Coffee helps in scrubbing the dead skin off which tends to make the skin appear dull and dark. Honey contains emollient properties and antioxidants which help in repairing the damaged skin while nourishing it. Lemon contains bleaching properties which brightens the skin.
