Espresso And Apple Cider Treatment

Things you will need:

 Espresso  8 cups
 Apple Cider Vinegar  3 glasses
 Shower Cap  1

Procedure:

  1. Begin by making 8 cups of strong coffee.
  2. For this, fill up a vessel with water and add 6-7 tbsp of coffee powder to it. Once the concoction is boiled, take it off the flame.
  3. Leave it to cool off completely.
  4. While the coffee is cooling, use some shampoo on your hair and rinse properly.
  5. Squeeze the excess water out.
  6. Now, pour coffee onto your head while keeping your face down.
  7. Place a bucket below the hair in order to collect the coffee in it. Rinse again by reusing the same concoction.
  8. Now, place a shower cap on top of your head and leave it to sit for 20-30 minutes.
  9. Rinse it off using apple cider vinegar to seal the colour from the espresso in.
  10. To finish it, rinse again using warm water and dry the hair naturally.

Repeat using this treatment every 2 weeks to keep the colour intact.

Espresso contains properties which helps in colouring the grey hair darker. Even if you have a naturally dark hair colour, using espresso will add a nice brownish-copper tint to it.

Tea Treatment For Hair

Things you will need:

 Black Tea Leaves  2 tbsp
 Water  1 Cup

Procedure:

  1. Take a vessel and fill it with 1 cup of water.
  2. Place it on the flame and after the first boil, add 2 tbsp of black tea leaves to it.
  3. Bring it to boil once more.
  4. Take it off the flame and let it cool down.
  5. Strain it into a spray bottle, close the lid and shake well.
  6. Spray it onto your hair as well as your scalp.
  7. Leave it on for 1 hour and rinse it off using cold water.

Use this spray every week to intensify the color and keep it intact.

Black tea leaves leave a very light touch of brown color to the hair. It will give the hair a nice colour whilst making it look extremely natural and real.

Cassia Powder, Honey And Cinnamon

Things you will need:

 Cassia Powder  1/2 Cup
 Honey  1/2 Cup
 Olive Oil  1 tbsp
 Cinnamon  1 tbsp
 Vinegar  2 cups

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, add 1/2 cup of cassia powder, 1/2 cup of honey, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of cinnamon and 2 cups of vinegar into it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients really well and set aside for 30-60 minutes.
  3. Wet your hair using water and using a brush, apply this paste onto your hair.
  4. Take a wide toothbrush and brush through the hair in order to spread it evenly.
  5. Cover your hair with a shower cap and leave it on overnight. If you cannot keep it overnight, make sure to at least keep it on for 2 hours.
  6. Rinse it off using shampoo and finish with a conditioner.

Repeat using this process thrice in a week for best results.

Cinnamon and cassia powder both helps in adding a touch of caramel to the hair color while honey helps in balancing the hair colour.

Note: If you don’t like the look and want a lighter shade, use some lemon juice in it.

Henna For Hair

Things you will need:

 Henna Powder  50 gm
 Vinegar  1 Tsp
 Warm Water  As required

Procedure:

  1. Take a plastic bowl, add 50 gms of henna powder in it along with enough water in order to make a paste of it.
  2. Add 1 Tsp of vinegar to it and mix them well using a wooden spoon.
  3. Set aside for an hour before using it on your hair.
  4. Comb your hair in order to remove any tangles.
  5. Using a brush apply it onto the scalp as well as hair.
  6. Leave it on for 3 hours and rinse it off using cold water.
  7. Oil your hair that night and rinse it off using shampoo and conditioner the next day.

Use henna once every month to maintain the hair colour.

Henna contains natural hair dyes which help in colouring the hair.

Note: Make sure to always use cold water when rinsing the hair.

Black Tea And Rosemary

Things you will need:

 Black Tea Bags  3 Bags
 Rosemary  1 Tsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a vessel and fill 1 cup of water in it.
  2. Bring the water to boil and after the first boil, add 3 tea bags into it.
  3. Add 1 Tsp of rosemary into it and set it aside for 24 hours and then apply the mixture onto your hair.
  4. Leave it on for an hour and rinse it off using warm water.
  5. Don’t shampoo your hair for 24 hours.

Repeat using this treatment every week, once.

Black Tea contains tanic acid which helps in darkening the hair and making it appear shinier and brighter. Rosemary helps in stimulating hair growth whilst nourishing it.

Rosemary, Sage And Nettle

Things you will need:

 Rosemary Leaves  1/4th Cup
 Sage Leaves  1/4th Cup
 Nettle Leaves  1/4th Cup
 Water  2 Cups

Procedure:

  1. Take a vessel and fill it with 2 cups of water.
  2. Bring it to boil and after the first boil, add 1/4th cup of rosemary leaves, 1/4th cup of sage leaves and 1/4th cup of nettle leaves to it.
  3. Let it boil for 30 minutes and take it off the flame later.
  4. Once a little cool, toss it in the refrigerator till you use it.
  5. Rinse your hair using a mild shampoo and conditioner.
  6. Apply this paste onto your hair as well as scalp and leave it on for several hours.
  7. Rinse again using cold water.

Repeat using this treatment daily for one week.

Sage leave us excellent an ingredient when it comes to darkening the hair and turning it to a darker brown. If you are facing grey hair problem, using this mask will help in solving that problem.
