Remedies To getting Period Faster

Parsley

Parsley contains Apiol and myristicin which stimulate contractions in the uterus lining. This leads to an early period. It also helps in balancing the hormones and softening the cervix for a painless experience.

Things you will need:

 Water  2 cup
 Chopped parsley  1/4 Tsp
 Cinnamon powder  2 pinches
 Honey  2 tbsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a saucepan and fill it in with 2 cups of water.
  2. Add all the ingredients except the honey to it.
  3. Boil it for 6-7 minutes and strain to get rid of all the excess residues.
  4. Add the honey to it, stir the mix and consume 2 cups every day.

Ginger

Ginger juice produce heat in the body which can stimulate contraction in the uterus thus causing periods faster. It also contains antispasmodic properties that help in getting rid of period pain and cramps and can help you have a very smooth experience. Consume this a week before your regular periods to see the difference.

 Water  1 cup
 Ginger  7 slices
 Cardamom seeds  3-4

Things you will need:

 Soy milk  1 cup
 Cinnamon powder  2 pinches
 Turmeric powder  1/2 Tsp
 Soft dates  6-7

Procedure:

  1. Take a saucepan and heat 1 cup of soy milk in it.
  2. Add all the other ingredients and mix them well till they dissolve entirely.
  3. Strain the milk to remove any excess residues.
  4. Take 6-7 pitted dates and eat it with the warm soy milk to improve the chances of getting period faster.

Papaya

  1. Take 1 cup of water and bring it to boil.
  2. After the first boil, add turmeric to it and bring to boil one more time.
  3. Take it off the flame and let it cool a little.
  4. Drink it. Use this twice in a day, starting from 15 days before your actual period dates.

Fenugreek Seed

Fenugreek is known to heat the body up which contracts the uterus and thus induce periods faster and quicker. It is also very convenient to use and you can drink this up every day to see visible results.

Things you will need:

 Fenugreek Seeds  1-1/2 tbsp
 Water  As required

Procedure:

  1. Take 1 and a half tbsp of fenugreek seeds and soak it in water overnight.
  2. In the morning, boil it till it becomes frothy.
  3. Strain it and drink it up till you get your periods.

Exercises For Early Period

Squats

  1. Stand straight with your back upright.
  2. Keep your feet shoulder-width apart.
  3. Now, bend from your knees and make sure your knees are on the level to your toes.
  4. Spread your hands in the front for balance.
  5. Get up and come back to your original position. Start again.

Repeat this 10-15 times in 3 sets.

Squats, which is a lower body workout, helps in stimulating abdominal and pelvic muscles. This makes the uterus to contract and stimulate blood flow. This leads to quicker periods.

Twisted Crunches

  1. Start by laying on your back on a mat.
  2. Bring your hands up till your ears and spread your elbows out wide.
  3. Elevate your feet off the floor and make a 90-degree angle.
  4. Keep your thighs vertical and your shins parallel to the floor.
  5. Tuck your chin to your chest, contract your abdomens.
  6. Twist your upper body to the left so that your right shoulder and elbow rotate towards your left knee.
  7. Lower yourself back to the floor.
  8. Return your right shoulder to the floor and right elbow back to the starting position.

Repeat this 12-15 times on each side.

Twisted crunches put a lot of pressure on the abdominal muscles which induces period faster. Doing it contineously for 3 sets will cause uterine contractions and make your periods to come faster.

Standing Twists

  1. Stand straight with your back upright.
  2. Keep your hands on your waist and start to twist your body.
  3. Make sure to move only your upper body.
  4. Start with twisting the upper body to the right and then to the left.
  5. Stretch as much as you can while keeping your abdomen tightly tucked.

Repeat this 10-15 times.

This is the most convenient exercise and remedy of all. But it surely works when it comes to contracting the abdomen and inducing periods faster.
