Step-1: Stand straight with your back upright.

Step-2: Keep your feet flat on the floor and hands underneath your head.
Step-3: Press your lower back into the floor.
Step-4: Pull in your belly button contracting your abdomens.
Step-5: Lift your feet off the floor.
Step-6: Keep your knees together.
Step-7: Bent it to a 90-degree angle and pull your knees into your chest.
Step-8: Raise your upper body from the bottom making it face the sky.
Step-9: Slowly lower your back and come back to the original position.

Repeat this 12-15 times.
This exercise apply a lot of pressure on the lower abdomen, crunching it and inducing period and making them come faster.

Scissor Kicks

Step-1: Lie down on the mat and raise your legs.
Step-2: Keep your legs straight.
Step-3: Lower the left leg slowly until it is just a few inches away from the floor.
Step-4: Raise your head and shoulders slightly.
Step-5: Hold the back of your right leg and pull it slightly towards you.
Step-6: Keep your knees together.
Step-7: Repeat this on the other leg.

Do this for 15 reps.

Step-1: Lie down on the mat.
Step-2: Come on your knees, keeping your hands flat on the ground.

Step-6: Do this by keeping your back straight.
Step-7: Don’t slouch.
Step-8: Go back to your comfortable position.

Step-2: Keep your hands at the sides.
Step-3: Start jogging on your own space.
Step-4: Do this by maintaining your balance.
Step-5: Repeat this 10-15 times in the same spot.

This, just like jumping ropes does not target lower abdomen but it stimulates the abdomen muscles making the period induce. The blood circulation in the lower abdomen stimulates leading to faster period.


Step-1: Lie down on the floor.
Step-2: Keep your face down and your arms next to your body.
Step-3:  Now, spread your hands in front of you with your palms down on the floor.
Step-4: Tighten your core.
Step-5: Put the pressure on your hand.
Step-6: Raise your upper torso from the stomach.
Step-7: Stretch your abdomen as much as you can.
Step-8: Hold the position for 20 seconds.
Step-9: Go back to your original position.

This helps in triggering the menstruation. This stretch your abdomen and induce periods and help get them faster.

Lying Down Bicycle

Step-1: Lie down on the floor.
Step-2: Bend your hands from the elbow and keep it under your head.
Step-3:  Bend your knees and place them on the foot.
Step-4: Pull your left knee up and press your right elbow down to the ground.
Step-5: Make the elbows meet cornerwise.
Step-6: Trace your knee and elbow back before repeating with the other knee.

Do this rapidly for 10 minutes straight.

Roll Up

Step-1: Lie flat on the floor.
Step-2: Stretch your legs in front of you.
Step-3: Keep your hands parallel to your head.

Step-6: Make sure you are in a proper sitting position with your head touching your knees.
Step-7: Raise back to your original position.

Repeat this cycle at least 20 times.

The Butterfly

Step-1: Begin with sitting on the ground.
Step-2: Keep your back straight.
Step-3: Bring the sole of both your feet together and make them touch.
Step-4: It should resemble a horizontal “Namaste” position from your feet.
Step-5: Hold the feet using both your hands. Bend your elbow slightly while doing so.
Step-6: You can interlock your fingers on your toes for best grip.
Step-7: Now, start flapping your thigh how a butterfly would flap its wings.

This stretches your pelvic muscles to great extents causing the blood to rush to the groins making your period come faster than usual.


Step-1: Begin with lying flat on the ground.
Step-2: Keep your back on the ground.
Step-3: Bring your hands on each side. Keep the palm on the ground.
Step-4: Put pressure on your palms whilst tightening your core and lift your body from the hip and below.
Step-5: Raise it to about a 90 degree where your bottoms till your legs is raised and facing the ceiling.
Step-6: Hold that position for a few seconds and slowly start to lower your body.
Step-7: Take it further down to make your toes touch the ground from above your head.
Step-8: Your legs should cross your head making an arch and touching the ground.
Step-9: Use your hands to support your lower body. This helps in stretching it to maximum extents.
Step-9: Hold on that position for 10 seconds.
Step-10: Breath normally.
Step-11: Slowly come back to your original position.

This crunches your muscles to maximum extent causing the period to come faster. This also helps in strengthening the shoulder as well as the core.


Step-1: Begin with lying flat on the ground facing the mattress.
Step-2: Bend your legs from the knees as much as you can.
Step-3: Take your hands at the back and hold the legs from them.
Step-4: Hold the ankles for best grip.
Step-5: Inhale and raise the thighs, head and chest as high as possible.
Step-6: Balance your body on your abdomen and stretch it as much as you can.
Step-7: This way you will form a reverse arch.

This put all the pressure and stress the abdomen muscles heating it from within cause the blood to flow faster and leading to quicker periods.


Step-1: Lie flat on your back.
Step-2: Place your arms behind your head.
Step-3: Bend your knees.
Step-4: Raise your lower body and try to touch your knee from your head.
Step-5: Do this slowly instead of rushing it.
Step-6: Once up, slowly come down to your original position.
Step-7: Start again.

Do 3 sets of 10 reps each for starting. You can increase the reps as you like and as your body can bear.

Squat Jumps

Step-1: Start standing with your legs little wide apart.
Step-2: Now, bend your knees and do a squat.
Step-3: Make sure to keep your back straight and your knees parallel to your toes. Don’t let them cross your toes.
Step-4: Raise back to your normal position and take a jump in the air with arms stretched up to the ceiling.
Step-5: Do a squat instantly after the jump and then jump again.
Step-6: Stop after finishing a set.

Do 3 sets of 20 reps each.
While squats as we know helps in inducing periods, mixing them with jumps heighten the fastening process even more.

The Malasana

Step-1: Start with standing straight on the floor.
Step-2: Begin to squat but keep your feet close to each other instead of keeping them shoulder-width apart.
Step-3: Make sure that the heel is on the floor or supported on the ground.
Step-4: Spread your thighs keeping it wider than your torso.
Step-5: Contract your abdomen and bend forward. Your thighs should touch your abdomen.
Step-6: Bring your palms in the “Namaste” posture. Make sure your elbows touch each other.
Step-7: Press the inner thighs against the side of the torso.
Step-8: Now, stretch your arms out so that your shins fit into the armpits perfectly.
Step-9: Hold your ankles for support.
Step-10: Hold the pose for a couple of seconds and go back to your original position.

Repeat this 10-15 times.
Malasana helps in stretching your pelvic and abdominal muscles which in turn helps in getting periods faster than its usual time. The pressure put on the abdominal muscles in the reason for visible results within days.

Horizontal Still Butterfly

Step-1: Lie down on your back.
Step-2: Now, you have to repeat the butterfly position, however this time it will be whilst lying flat on the ground.

Step-5: Place your hands stretched and on your thighs.

The Outward Stretch

Step-1: Sit on the mat with your legs folded at the back.
Step-2: Keep your spine straight.
Step-3: Take support of your shin to balance on the ground.
Step-4 Keep your arms on your thighs.
Step-5: Stretch the hands in the front till where it can reach.
Step-6: Make sure while doing so, your head touches the floor.
Step-7: There will be a slight stretch on the back. Tighten the core while doing so.
Step-8: Make sure to no pressure the muscles too much. Breath normally.

Do this 10 times.
The crunching in the abdomon in this exercises warms up the muscles and increases the blood flow to the internal abdomonal muscles that stimulates quicker periods.

Other Activities To Getting period Early

There are a lot of ways that can help in getting period quicker than usual. You can club this with the food and the exercise that stimulates it and enhance the effects to ensure that you prepone your cycle.

A Hot Shower
