Step-3: Bring the sole of both your feet together and make them touch.
Step-4: It should resemble a horizontal “Namaste” position from your feet.
Step-5: Hold the feet using both your hands. Bend your elbow slightly while doing so.
Step-6: You can interlock your fingers on your toes for best grip.
Step-7: Now, start flapping your thigh how a butterfly would flap its wings.

This stretches your pelvic muscles to great extents causing the blood to rush to the groins making your period come faster than usual.

Halasana

Step-1: Begin with lying flat on the ground.
Step-2: Keep your back on the ground.
Step-3: Bring your hands on each side. Keep the palm on the ground.
Step-4: Put pressure on your palms whilst tightening your core and lift your body from the hip and below.
Step-5: Raise it to about a 90 degree where your bottoms till your legs is raised and facing the ceiling.
Step-6: Hold that position for a few seconds and slowly start to lower your body.
Step-7: Take it further down to make your toes touch the ground from above your head.
Step-8: Your legs should cross your head making an arch and touching the ground.
Step-9: Use your hands to support your lower body. This helps in stretching it to maximum extents.
Step-9: Hold on that position for 10 seconds.
Step-10: Breath normally.
Step-11: Slowly come back to your original position.

This crunches your muscles to maximum extent causing the period to come faster. This also helps in strengthening the shoulder as well as the core.

Dhanurasana

Step-1: Begin with lying flat on the ground facing the mattress.
Step-2: Bend your legs from the knees as much as you can.
Step-3: Take your hands at the back and hold the legs from them.
Step-4: Hold the ankles for best grip.
Step-5: Inhale and raise the thighs, head and chest as high as possible.
Step-6: Balance your body on your abdomen and stretch it as much as you can.
Step-7: This way you will form a reverse arch.

This put all the pressure and stress the abdomen muscles heating it from within cause the blood to flow faster and leading to quicker periods.

Crunches

Step-1: Lie flat on your back.
Step-2: Place your arms behind your head.
Step-3: Bend your knees.
Step-4: Raise your lower body and try to touch your knee from your head.
Step-5: Do this slowly instead of rushing it.
Step-6: Once up, slowly come down to your original position.
Step-7: Start again.

Do 3 sets of 10 reps each for starting. You can increase the reps as you like and as your body can bear.
Crunches pressurise the area around the abdomen which in turn heats it up and helps in getting periods faster.

Squat Jumps

Step-1: Start standing with your legs little wide apart.
Step-2: Now, bend your knees and do a squat.
Step-3: Make sure to keep your back straight and your knees parallel to your toes. Don’t let them cross your toes.
Step-4: Raise back to your normal position and take a jump in the air with arms stretched up to the ceiling.
Step-5: Do a squat instantly after the jump and then jump again.
Step-6: Stop after finishing a set.

Do 3 sets of 20 reps each.
While squats as we know helps in inducing periods, mixing them with jumps heighten the fastening process even more.

The Malasana

Step-1: Start with standing straight on the floor.
Step-2: Begin to squat but keep your feet close to each other instead of keeping them shoulder-width apart.
Step-3: Make sure that the heel is on the floor or supported on the ground.
Step-4: Spread your thighs keeping it wider than your torso.
Step-5: Contract your abdomen and bend forward. Your thighs should touch your abdomen.
Step-6: Bring your palms in the “Namaste” posture. Make sure your elbows touch each other.
Step-7: Press the inner thighs against the side of the torso.
Step-8: Now, stretch your arms out so that your shins fit into the armpits perfectly.
Step-9: Hold your ankles for support.
Step-10: Hold the pose for a couple of seconds and go back to your original position.

Repeat this 10-15 times.
Malasana helps in stretching your pelvic and abdominal muscles which in turn helps in getting periods faster than its usual time. The pressure put on the abdominal muscles in the reason for visible results within days.

Horizontal Still Butterfly

Step-1: Lie down on your back.
Step-2: Now, you have to repeat the butterfly position, however this time it will be whilst lying flat on the ground.
Step-3: Make sure the sole of both the feet meet and form a namaste position.
Step-4: Stretch the muscles as much as you can.
Step-5: Place your hands stretched and on your thighs.
Step-6: Stay in this position for a few seconds.
Step-7: Breath normally and relax.

Do this 5 times holding the position for 30 seconds.
The stretch in the pelvic area and the abdomon helps in stimulating blood flow and in turn getting the periods faster and quicker.

The Outward Stretch

Step-1: Sit on the mat with your legs folded at the back.
Step-2: Keep your spine straight.
Step-3: Take support of your shin to balance on the ground.
Step-4 Keep your arms on your thighs.
Step-5: Stretch the hands in the front till where it can reach.
Step-6: Make sure while doing so, your head touches the floor.
Step-7: There will be a slight stretch on the back. Tighten the core while doing so.
Step-8: Make sure to no pressure the muscles too much. Breath normally.

Do this 10 times.
The crunching in the abdomon in this exercises warms up the muscles and increases the blood flow to the internal abdomonal muscles that stimulates quicker periods.

Other Activities To Getting period Early

There are a lot of ways that can help in getting period quicker than usual. You can club this with the food and the exercise that stimulates it and enhance the effects to ensure that you prepone your cycle.

A Hot Shower

This remedy helps in inducing period as it warms up the whole body and triggers the hormones.  It also helps in relaxing the cramp during the period. A relaxing shower can perfect the process of getting periods early. Make sure you don’t use overly hot water as that can harm the skin leading to burns.

Keeping Away From Stress

Stress can delay the period further, hence relaxing and keeping the mind calm at all times is important. A lot of stress can raises cortisol levels and disrupts the blood sugar causing irregularities in the period cycle. Cortisol also blocks the progesterone production and lowers progesterone levels which mess with the cycle. It can cause an imbalance in hormones leading to a delayed period.

Sexual Intercourse

This process is proven to show visible results. If you are actively engaged in sex, using this method to induce a period can be a good option. Sexual intercourse stimulates the uterus to contract and soften the cervix. It also increases blood flow which in turn helps in getting the period early.

Maintain A Healthy Weight

Being too overweight or underweight can also cause hormonal imbalance. Consume a balanced meal to maintain your regular period cycle. Add in healthy yet period inducing ingredients to your diet to help get them faster and quicker. Exercise enough to shed extra weight as it can mean excess estrogen level or gain a few as this can mean low estrogen levels in both cases it will disturb the hormone causing irregularities in the period.

Exposure To Sunlight

The lack of vitamin D can cause thyroid problem in turn leading to abnormal estrogen levels. This is when the sunlight comes to rescue. Taking a walk or sitting in the sun during the morning time is enough to provide the body with vitamin D that can help trigger an early period. Do this only for 15 minutes.

Hot Compress

The heat from the heat compress can help in stimulating faster periods. It improves the blood flow to the uterus which contributes to early periods. You can either use a heating pad, drink lukewarm water or soak yourself in a hot tub for 30-40 minutes. All these remedies will give the same results.

Pills And Injections

There are some medications in the market that help in getting periods earlier than usual. For female younger than 35 years, the birth control pill is the best bet. It controls the level of progesterone, estrogen, and androgens which helps in inducing periods faster. You can also opt for an aspirin. Injecting yourself with hormones is also an option to get periods faster.

Note: None of this should be done without a doctors guidance or consultation as they can have severe health issues.

Now that you are aware of the ingredients that you can consume to get your periods quick and early, try and adapt them into your life a few days before your actual day. This way you won’t overdo it but you will still get the results that you want.

You can also exercise to help with the food intake to get a faster period. Try and do these yogas and exercises twice daily without stressing the body out too much to have troublesome days. While your plans can have a few stops here and there, it should definitely not be because of your cycle. The only thing occupying your time should be the places to cover and the fun to have. Period!

  23. How much should I run to get my periods faster. Also, can mix the eating method with the exercises or will it become too much?

  24. If you don’t exert your body beyond your capacity then yes, it is absolutely safe. I remember sharing this very article to a friend of mine and she over did it. She mixed 3-4 recipes and consumed in the span of 2-3 hours. She also exercised and exerted the body even more. We had no idea how to deal with it and we had to take her to the gynic. Don’t over do it. I suggested it to her because I did it and I saw my periods coming early. Maintain the gap and the balance between the recipes and the exercises. While eating spicy or certain ingredients can cause discomfort, exercising is the best way to induce it.

  25. It is very safe and especially if you opt for exercises to get your periods faster. Eating something might overheat the body but exercises will only help you with your overall health. Make sure that you stretch well before exercising to avoid any injuries and cramps.

  26. I tried them. Totally safe. Might add a little discomfort in terms of hot flash, but the chances are low.

  27. It is quite normal that eating a specific ingredient heats your body up. It is in fact the heat that causes the uterus to contract, causing faster periods. But if you feel that you are experiencing something that is unbearable, I would suggest go to a gynic. They will be able to help you much better.

  28. If you would ask me, I would suggest get it checked once by the doctor. I personally don’t like trying and testing with my body. It is precious and for someone like me whose immunity system is naturally low, I wouldn’t want to cause a disturbance in its natural habitat by eating something that would cause a havoc in me.

  29. If the discomfort is beyond bearable then I suggest consult a doctor. Otherwise I also use natural ingredients and they cause a level of heat in the body due to which the periods come faster. So, it is quite natural and in fact the right way how it should happen, but discomfort is not. So, if it is unbearable, avoid it right away. You might cause extreme inflammation in your body.

  30. These products are highly natural however, it will add up to the heat element. I would suggest taking help from a someone who knows about medicines very well. It can be risky and cause problems like vomiting and an upset stomach too. Take advice and then work around it.

  31. Consult a pharmacist or a family doctor before trying anything out. It can be very seriously damaging to your health.

  32. Can you please help me with the exercises that you chose and the recipes you chose to get your periods faster.

  33. Well, for starters I would suggest you to try another recipe. Considering you stay in a hostel it is very important for you to keep yourself healthy. However, if you still want to continue with it but don’t know how, I would suggest you drinking it when it is warm. Or you can add a little pepper to it as well for flavors.

  34. You can add all this to a warm cup of green tea. It will taste nice and you will be able to chuck it down without any after effects.

  35. Well, it can. Doing anything against nature can cause problems that will be troublesome. If you practice doing this again and again you will end up cause chronic inflammation to your body. This can further effect your digestion and if done for a prolonged period of time, even your heart. If you really really want to do it because of an emergency, I would suggest do it as less as possible. And try to keep it as mellow as possible.

  36. Well, I beleive it is not the coffee but in fact the milk in it that is causing the acidity in you. I suddenly increased my milk intake too and that caused very serious levels of acidity in me. It will be temporary but you will have to give milk and its products a little break till then. It will only ignite your acids within causing discomfort and mild chest pains too. If you continue to have it for more than a week, consult a doctor.

  37. It is safe but it totally depends on the number of time you do it to yourself. There are chances that just to induce it, you start consuming hotter ingredients a week before the day you want them. This way your are continuously for 7 days, adding this external heat in your body which can trouble for sure. Limit doing this to only times when you don’t have any other option.

  38. the lesser the better. The more you do it, the more your body will get prone to it firstly and secondly, it will not just heat up your uterus, but with that your entire system too. Now if done once or twice, it is okay, but when you repeatedly do it for a prolonged period of time, it will cause you issues as major as inflammatory marker too. So balance it out. And do add exercises mentioned above. Just eating has not solved anyones problem ever.

  39. I am guessing you were talking about periods there 😛 And yes, it is quite normal to have periods that come on fluctuating days. And it is sometimes not even in your very hand. It could be a result of the stress that you were taking for a specific exam or cause maybe you went all exotic and ate something spicy that weekend. It is totally okay and stressing over it further will only make it worse. Relax and if you find them not coming in a pattern at all or for a long period of time coming at irregular times, just get a routine checkup done, but I am sure it will not be anything major.

  40. It depends upon your body. While for some, they get results from the very next day, some have to follow the routine for 4-5 days before they actually get their periods. It totally varies. Whatever you do, just make sure and keep it in mind to mix exercises as well as recipes and not over load on any one.

  41. I know right. When I was scrolling through, I was hoping that they should have added a few exercises as well cause I don’t like messing with my system at all. My immunity is really low. And when I saw it I automatically had a smile on my face. Thank you team glowpink.

  42. Well, it is not necessary that all the ingredients will work well for your body type. Maybe cinnamon and milk was way to mild for your body and didn’t do much to help. All you have to do is talk to people who have tried on other ingredients or recipe or look for experiences and reviews in the comment section below cause I wouldn’t honestly suggest you to try each one of them out cause it can inflame your body extremely. They are powerful and if they can cause a uterus contraction they sure can disturb the system a little too. So, I would suggest you to look for reviews rather than going overboard with all the recipes. Also, it is very important to workout too. If you just eat and sit, I don’t think it will be of much help to you. So, I suggest add in a few exercises like twists, crunches and push ups to help the process even more.

  43. Well, it could be for multiple reasons. Maybe you were not doing the exercise right or maybe you did not stretch much before starting the exercises, in both case it is important that you be a little careful. This way you can rupture muscles. Follow videos or talk to a professional if you have doubts but don’t do anything by yourself without not knowing it as it will cause further damage.

  44. It is not about how much you should run, it totally varies from body to body. Running is good for health in a lot of ways and adding it to your routine every day will in fact help you out. It is the easiest way to keep yourself fit as it does not require any equipment nor even any professional guidance. It is free of cost and all you need is some good music and a road where you can job without any disturbance.

  45. Running is a great habit so I think you should forget how it will help you in inducing your periods and just run. Every morning for half an hour if you do this, you will have a body to die for plus an immunity and stamina that will last really really long. It is the best way to stay fit without the hassle of committing to time and place.

  46. Well, the honey should work so if it not, then I am guessing it must be the texture of aloe vera that is causing this sensation. I suggest add a little of it to your favorite fresh juice. You can opt for cranberries as they also contribute to getting periods faster.
