  4. Now you have to soak your body completely inside the sea saltwater kept in the bathtub.
  5. Remain to be soaked inside the sea salt water for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  6. Then remove yourself from the water and pat your back gently with a clean towel to make it dry.
  7. Make sure that you do not rub your back harshly as it might make the acne infections to get even worse.
  8. Then you have to apply any moisturizing creams of your own choice to prevent the dryness. You can also apply the coconut oil instead of any creams or lotions.

Alternative Method:

  1. There is also an alternative method for doing this remedy.
  2. You can take a spray bottle and fill it with the sea saltwater in it.
  3. For this, you can add about 2 to 3 tbsp of sea salt into one cup of water and fill it in a spray bottle.
  4. Then you can start using it by spraying the water on your back and then wipe the area with a clean towel.

#2. Tea Tree Essential Oil Mix

Tea tree essential oil 2 to 3 drops
Carrier oil (any) 2 tbsp

Baking soda powder 1 tbsp
Distilled water 1 tbsp

  3. You can also adjust the level of water until the mixture turns out to a fine and smooth paste.

Green tea powder 1 tbsp
Cotton ball or pad 1
Distilled water 1 cup

  1. Firstly, you have to place a bowl filled with one cup of distilled water.
  2. Then start to boil the water for a few minutes by placing it under a low flame.
  3. Then add the green tea powder to the boiling water kept in the stove.
  4. Remove it from the heat and allow the green tea powder to get steep inside the water for a few minutes.
  5. Then after 5 to 6 minutes, you can use a filter or a strainer to strain the green tea separately in a small bowl leaving the residues behind.
  6. After straining, allow the tea solution to get cool down for some time.
