Sandalwood, Turmeric And Milk Treatment

Things you will need:

 Sandalwood Powder  2 tbsp
 Turmeric Powder  1 Tsp
 Milk  As required

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl and add 2 tbsp of sandalwood powder, 1 Tsp of turmeric powder and mix well.
  2. Now, slowly add milk to it, to form a paste.
  3. Apply this onto your face and leave it on for 20 minutes.
  4. Rinse it off using cold water and pat the skin dry.

Repeat this treatment twice in a week.

Sandalwood is an excellent ingredient to naturally brighten the skin. Using it regularly will add a glow from within. Turmeric is also known to brighten the face whilst working on the bacteraia that causes acne and blemishes. Milk helps in moisturizing and hydrating the skin which in totallity, improves the condition of the skin.

Rosehip And Frankincense Oil

Things you will need:

 Rosehip Oil  1 tbsp
 Frankincense Oil  3-4 drops

Procedure:

  1. Take a glass dropper bottle and add 1 tbsp of rosehip oil and 3-4 drops of frankincense oil in it.
  2. Close the lid and shake well in order to mix them.
  3. Using the dropper, apply the oil onto your face.
  4. Massage well for 1 minute so the skin absorbs the oil.
  5. Finish with a moisturizer.

Repeat this treatment 2-3 times in a week.

Rosehip oil contains fatty acid and vitamin A which improves the quality of the skin by eliminating the fine lines as well as wrinkles. It penetrates deep inside the skin and repair damage from the lowest levels. Frankincense oil contains astringent properties which protect skin cells and also treat the acne and blemishes.

Ground Coffee, Sugar And Olive Oil Treatment

Things you will need:

 Ground Coffee  1/4th Cup
 Sugar  1/4th Cup
 Olive Oil  2 tbsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl and add 1/4th cup ground coffee, 1/4th cup sugar and 2 tbsp of olive oil.
  2. Puncture 3 vitamin E tablets and squeeze them in the bowl.
  3. Mix it really well and transfer it into a jar.
  4. Take some of it on your fingers and apply it onto your face.
  5. Massage in a circular motion gently for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Rinse it off using lukewarm water first and lock in all the goodness by splashing some cold water.

Repeat this treatment twice in a week.

This scrub helps in clearing the dirt off from the pores and promoting a healthy skin. Sugar also contributes in scrubbing the dead skins off while olive oil with its fatty acid hydrates the skin and brings an inner glow. Vitamin E has properties which work against premature ageing signs.

Yoghurt, Multani Mitti And Neem Powder Treatment

Things you will need:

 Yoghurt  2 tbsp
 Multani Mitti  2 Tsp
 Neem Powder  1/2 Tsp
 Turmeric  A pinch
 Rose Water  As required
 Aloe Vera  1 tbsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl and add aloe vera,  yoghurt, Multani mitti, neem powder and turmeric to it.
  2. Add a little rose water as per the required consistency of the mask.
  3. Mix it well and make a paste.
  4. Apply this onto your face and leave it on till it dries.
  5. Once done, rinse it off using cold water and finish with a moisturizer.

Repeat this treatment 2-3 times in a week.

Right from cleansing the pores to repairing the damage, there are properties in this mask which contribute towards all of them. The turmeric as well as multani mitti also adds a natural glow to the skin.

Oatmeal, Sugar And Lemon Treatment

Things you will need:

 Oatmeal  Handful
 Sugar  3 tbsp
 Lemon Juice  A few drops

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl and add a handful of oatmeal, 3 tbsp of sugar and enough lemon juice to make a paste.
  2. If it feels too thick, add in a little milk or water to it.

  4. Apply this mask onto your face and massage for 1-2 minutes in a circular motion.
  5. Rinse it off using cold water and pat the skin dry.
  6. Finish this treatment with some moisturizer.

 Water  2 tbsp

  1. Take a bowl and add both the ingredients in it.
  2. Mix them well and make a paste.
  3. Apply this mask onto your face and leave it on till it dries.
  4. Rinse it off while scrubbing the mask off. Pat the skin dry.

Repeat this treatment once or twice in a week.

Baking soda is an excellent natural exfoliator. It helps in scrubbing the impurities away and cleansing the pores as well. It also helps in shrinking the pore which keeps the skin healthy. It also contains anti-inflammatory properties which keep the skin away from acne and blemishes.

Honey And Nutmeg

Things you will need:

 Honey  1 tbsp
 Nutmeg  1/4th Tsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl and add 1 tbsp of honey and 1/4th Tsp of nutmeg in it.
  2. Mix them really well to form a paste.
  3. Dip a facial brush in this paste and apply it onto your skin.
  4. Leave it on till it dries and rinse it off using cold water.
  5. Pat the skin dry and apply some aloe vera.

Note: The mask might sting a little.

Repeat this treatment once every week.

Nutmeg contains stimulating properties which helps in removing the dead skin and also work on improving the ageing signs. It also works brilliantly for acne and its scars. Honey helps in cooling the skin and its antioxidant properties repair all the skin damage gently.
