  3. Now grind the ginger until it turns to a fine paste.
  4. After that, put the ground ginger paste into the mixing bowl filled with normal water.
  5. Then boil the ginger water for about 5 to 6 minutes.
  6. Now switch off the burner and remove the ginger water from the heat.
  7. Now add a small amount of white sugar into the ginger water.
  8. Stir it well using a spoon and start drinking it once it reaches a warm temperature.

Repetitions:

  • Repeat drinking this ginger water for about 3 times per day regularly after having your meals to get rid of all sort of periods problem.

  6. After that, use a strainer or a filter and start straining the fenugreek water in a separate bowl.
  7. Leave the hot fenugreek water to get cool down for some time.
  8. Finally, add the raw honey and fresh lime juice into the warm fenugreek water kept in the bowl.
  9. Now stir the mixture well using a spoon for a few seconds.
  10. Then start consuming this fenugreek water regularly for a couple of months.
