How To Start Losing Weight Now Using Healthy Drinks- Easy & Effective Home Remedies

#1. Ginger Tea

Things Required:

Fresh Lime juice 1 tbsp
Ginger root 4 to 5 slices
Raw honey 1 or 2 tbsp
Distilled water 2 cups

Directions To Do:

  1. Take a fresh ginger piece and cut it into a few small slices using a knife.
  2. Then place a small bowl and add about 2 cups of hot boiled water into it.
  3. Now add the ginger slices into the bowl containing the hot boiled water.
  4. Then cover the bowl and leave the water aside for about 10 minutes. This will allow the ginger slices to steep inside the water.
  5. Now take the bowl and obtain the ginger water using a strainer or a filter in a separate bowl.
  6. Then add about 1 or 2 tbsp of raw honey into the ginger tea for taste.
  7. After that, you have to add a small amount of freshly squeezed lime juice into the bowl.
  8. Now stir the ginger tea mixture well using a spoon so that the ingredients get mixed well.
  9. Then start to consume the ginger tea. Prefer drinking about 1 cup of this ginger tea before going to bed.

Repetitions:

Every day.

#2. Parsley Tea

Things Required:

Parsley leaves (chopped) 5 tbsp
Purified Water 1 liter

Directions To Do:

  1. For this, you have to take a large bowl and fill it with 1 liter of purified water in it.
  2. Then heat the water kept in the bowl under a low flame.
  3. After that, you have to take some fresh parsley leaves and chop them into a few small pieces.
  4. Now add the chopped parsley leaves into the hot boiling water.
  5. Then leave the parsley leaves to get steep inside the water for about 10 minutes.
  6. After that, remove the water from the heat.
  7. Use a strainer or a filter and strain the parsley tea separately in a small bowl.
  8. You can also add about 1 tbsp of raw honey to the parsley tea if you want a sweet taste.

Repetitions:

  • Drink about 2 to 3 cups every day.
  • Do not consume more than one liter of parsley tea per day.

#3. Cucumber Water

Things Required:

Distilled water 1 glass
Fresh lemon 3 slices
Fresh cucumber 3 slices

Directions To Do:

  1. For this, you have to take about one fresh lemon and cucumber.
  2. Cut them into a few slices using the knife.
  3. Then take a bowl and fill it with one glass of purified water.
  4. Now put the sliced lemon and cucumber into the water kept in the bowl.
  5. After that, you have to place the water bowl in the refrigerator.
  6. Leave the water bowl to get cool down for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  7. Then remove it from the refrigerator and start consuming the flavored water.

Repetitions:

  • Prepare this flavored water and drink for about 8 times a day.
  • Prefer drinking this before having your meal.

#4. Cinnamon Water

Things Required:

Distilled water 3 cups
Cinnamon powder 2 tbsp
Raw honey 1 tbsp

Directions To Do:

  1. Firstly, you have to take a saucepan and add the distilled water into it.
  2. Then start to boil the water by keeping it under a low flame for about 7 minutes.
  3. Now add the cinnamon powder into the boiling water.
  4. After that, allow the water to get boiled for about 10 minutes.
  5. Then remove the water from the heat and allow it to get cool down for about 15 minutes.
  6. Now you can add a small amount of raw honey into the boiled cinnamon water.
  7. Stir the mixture well to make them get combined well.
  8. Then start to consume the cinnamon water regularly.

Repetitions:

  • Consume the cinnamon water early in the morning before having your breakfast regularly.

#5. Banana-Mango Smoothie

Things Required:

Banana (Frozen or fresh) 1/2
Almond Milk 1 cup
Raw honey 1 tbsp
Mango chunks (Frozen or fresh) 1/2 cup
Ginger (ground) 1 tbsp
Turmeric (ground) 1 tbsp
Cardamom (ground) 1 tbsp
Cinnamon (ground) 1 tbsp
Chia seeds 1 tbsp
Sea Salt or pepper one pinch
Ice cubes a few

Directions To Do:

  1. Firstly, you have to grind the turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon and ginger separately into a fine powder.
  2. Then take a blender or a mixer and add all the given ingredients one by one into it.
  3. Once all the ingredients are added, you can start to grind them until the entire mixture turns to a fine smooth mixture without any chunks.
  4. Then pour the ground smooth mixture into a glass.
  5. Add a sufficient amount of salt or pepper into the smooth mixture.
  6. Then if you find the smooth mixture to be too thick, you can add a few ice cubes into it. These ice cubes will increase the water content in the juice thus making it light.
  7. After adding the ice cubes, stir the mixture well for a couple of times so that the ice cubes get dissolved completely inside the smooth mixture.
  8. Now you can start to consume this smoothie.

#6. Cayenne Pepper Water

Things Required:

Distilled water 2 liters
Cayenne pepper 2 pinch
Fresh ginger 2 pieces
Turmeric powder 2 tbsp
Fresh lemon 2
Raw honey a few drops

Directions To Do:

  1. Firstly, you have to take the ginger pieces and grind them to extract the ginger juice separately leaving the residues behind.
  2. Then squeeze two fresh lemons directly into the extracted ginger juice.
  3. Now add water into the juice extracts and add all the other given ingredients into it.
  4. Stir the mixture well using a spoon so that the ingredients get mixed well.
  5. Then allow the cayenne pepper water to get cool down for about 10 minutes.
  6. Now add a few drops of honey into the mixture and mix it well.
  7. You can now start consuming the cayenne pepper water.

Every day.
