How to use essential oils to relieve congestion

The best way to use essential oils to relieve sinus is through inhalation. There are multiple ways you can inhale the oil to benefit yourself:

  • Steam inhalation is the first one. It involves combining essential oils with hot water to create therapeutic steam.
  • Direct inhalation is the second one. It refers to inhaling the essential oil directly from the bottle.
  • The diffuser is the third way. A diffuser helps in dispersing essential oils through the air. This allows them to dilute before being inhaled.
  • Aromatherapy can also be an option. This relaxes the body while working on the sinus.
