Things Required:

Chamomile flowers (fresh or dried)  1 or 2
Distilled Water  1 cup
Bowl  1

Directions To Do:

  1. Place a small bowl and add the purified water into it.
  2. Heat the bowl containing the water on a low flame.
  3. Then take about 1 or 2 dried or fresh chamomile flowers and put them inside the hot boiling water kept in the bowl.
  4. Allow the flower to get steep inside the water for a few minutes.
  5. Then remove the tea solution from the heat.
  6. Drink the chamomile tea by filtering it with a strainer after it reaches a warm temperature.
  7. You can consume this up to 3 times a day. You can prefer drinking this before going to bed to sleep well without any cramps.

#2. Coriander Seeds

Things Required:

Coriander seeds  1 tbsp
Water  1 glass
Bowl  1

Directions To Do:

  1. Pour about one glass of water into a bowl and add the coriander seeds into it.
  2. Then place the bowl on the stove and start boiling the water for a few minutes.
  3. Wait until the water gets boiled well and the level of water gets reduced to half.
  4. Then remove the bowl from the heat and allow it to get cool down for some time.
  5. Consume this coriander seed water for about 3 to 4 times to get relief from the heavy periods.
  6. You can also add 1 tbsp of honey into the water for the taste.

#3. Apple Cider Vinegar

Things Required:

Apple cider vinegar  1/2 cup
Distilled water  1/2 cup
Raw honey  1 tbsp

Directions To Do:

  1. Pour about equal parts of apple cider vinegar and distilled water in a small bowl.
  2. Then stir the apple cider solution well to make them get mixed together.
  3. Add a small amount of honey into the solution and stir it again until the honey gets mixed well with the solution.
  4. Now you can drink this apple cider solution.
  5. You can prepare this solution and drink for about two times a day during your periods.

#4. Ginger Tea

Things Required:

Ginger (1 to 2 inches)  1
Distilled water  1 cup
Raw honey  2 tbsp

Directions To Do:

  1. For this, you have to take one cup of boiled hot water in a small bowl.
  2. Then take a ginger piece and crush it completely.
  3. Now add the crushed ginger piece into the bowl filled with hot boiled water.
  4. Then stir the water mixture well using a spoon.
  5. Now pour the ginger mixture on a strainer or a filter and strain the ginger tea solution separately leaving the residues behind.
  6. After that, you have to add a small amount of honey into the ginger tea solution to offer a sweet taste.
  7. Now stir the mixture to make the honey to get mixed well.
  8. Then start to consume the ginger tea solution every day during your periods.
  9. You can drink this for about 2 to 3 times a day.

#5. Cinnamon Tea

Things Required:

Cinnamon (ground)  3 grams
Boiling water  250 ml

Directions To Do:

  1. Take a bowl filled with water and start boiling it on a very low flame.
  2. Then add the ground cinnamon into the boiling water kept in the bowl.
  3. Now remove the water from the heat and allow it to get cool down for some time.
  4. Once it reaches a warm temperature, pour the cinnamon tea solution into a sieve or a strainer.
  5. Strain the cinnamon tea solution separately leaving the residues aside.
  6. Then you can start consuming the cinnamon tea solution.
  7. You have to drink about two times a day before your periods start to get rid of the heavy periods.

Cayenne pepper powder  1/2 tbsp
Raw honey  1/2 tbsp
Distilled water  1 glass

  3. Also, add a small amount of honey for the taste into the cayenne water.

  6. You have to consume this for about 3 times a day during your menstrual cycle.

#7. Parsley Tea

Things Required:

Parsley leaves (chopped)  1/4 cup
Distilled water  2 cups
Cinnamon powder  2 pinch
Honey  2 tbsp

Directions To Do:

  1. Take a bowl and add the distilled water into it and start boiling it.
  2. Then take the fresh parsley leaves and chop them into a few small pieces.
  3. Now put the chopped fresh parsley leaves into the hot boiling water.
  4. Then add the cinnamon powder into the hot boiling water
  5. Allow the water to get boiled for about 6 minutes such that the ingredients get steep inside the water.
  6. Then remove the water from the heat and filter the tea solution to remove the residues.
  7. Now add a small amount of honey into the tea solution.
  8. Stir the tea solution well to make the honey get mixed with the water.
  9. Then you can start consuming the tea solution.
  10. You have to drink at least 2 cups of tea every day during your menstrual cycle to stay away from heavy periods.

#8. Fenugreek Seed Water

Fenugreek seeds  3 to 4 tbsp
Distilled water  4 glasses

Directions To Do:

  1. Take a bowl and add about 4 glasses of distilled water into it.
  2. Heat the bowl containing the water for a few minutes on a low flame.
  3. Then add the fenugreek seeds into the boiling water and leave it to get boiled for a few minutes.
  4. Now stir the mixture and remove it from the heat.
  5. After that, filter the solution to strain the fenugreek water separately in a bowl leaving the fenugreek seeds behind.
  6. Then start to consume this water once it reaches a warm or bearable temperature.
  7. You have to consume this for about 3 to 4 times in a day to get rid of heavy periods.
