#1. Black Gram Face Mask

Things Required:

 Almonds kernels  4 to 5 kernels
 Black gram  1 tbsp
 Distilled water  1 glass

Directions To Do:

  1. Firstly, take a bowl and fill it with one glass of water.
  2. Then put the black gram and the almond kernels into the bowl that contains the distilled water. Leave them to stay in the water for overnight.
  3. Remove the black gram and almond kernels from the water after you wake up in the morning.
  4. Then grind them together using a grinder or a mixer until it turns to a fine paste.
  5. You can also add a few drops of water to make the consistency of the paste to be fine.
  6. Now start applying the black gram-almond kernel paste all over your face using your fingertips.
  7. Then allow the paste to be there on your face for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  8. Finally, you can use warm or cold water and wash your face to remove the applied paste.

Repetitions:

  • Once in every day for a couple of weeks until you get the desired results.

#2. Vitamin E Oil Paste

Things Required:

 Vitamin E capsules  3
 Turmeric powder  1 tbsp
 Fresh Aloe vera gel  2 tbsp

Directions To Do:

  1. Take an aloe vera leaf from the plant and extract the fresh aloe vera gel directly from the leaf using a spoon.
  2. Then add the extracted fresh aloe vera gel into a small bowl.
  3. Now take about 3 Vitamin E capsules and prick them to extract the vitamin oil present inside.
  4. Pour the vitamin E oil directly into the fresh aloe vera gel mixture kept in the bowl.
  5. Add the turmeric powder into the mixture kept in the bowl.
  6. Then start to stir the ingredients well until the mixture turns to a fine and smooth paste.
  7. Now start applying the obtained paste all over your face.
  8. Then gently massage your face with the applied paste using your fingertips for a few minutes.
  9. Prefer applying this paste before going to bed and leave it to stay on your face for overnight.
  10. Now use warm or cold water to rinse off the paste completely from your face.

Repetitions:

  • Every day, once in a day.

#3. Turmeric Powder Paste

Things Required:

 Turmeric powder  1 tbsp
 Olive oil  1 tsp

Directions To Do:

  1. Place a small bowl and add both the given ingredients into it.
  2. Then mix the ingredients well until it turns to a fine and smooth turmeric paste.
  3. Now apply the turmeric paste all over your face and allow it to get dry.
  4. Leave the mixture on your face undisturbed for about 15 minutes.
  5. Then you can wash your face with warm or cold water and pat the area with a clean towel.

You may find the yellow stains of the turmeric powder to be stuck on your face. you can either leave it to get removed naturally. Or you can also use a mild cleanser and wash your face with water to remove those yellow stains.

Note:

  1. You can avoid using this face mask if you have an oily skin type as it would make your skin to be even more oily.
  2. Also, it is best suited for people who have dry skin types.

Repetitions:

  • Once in every day for a couple of weeks.

#4. Yogurt Face Mask

Things Required:

 Fresh cucumber  1
 Plain yogurt  2 to 3 tsp

Directions To Do:

  1. Firstly, take a fresh cucumber and peel off the outer layer completely from it.
  2. Then cut the cucumber into a few small slices.
  3. Now place the cucumber slices in a blender or a mixer.
  4. And add the plain yogurt into the cucumber slices kept into the blender.
  5. Start to grind the ingredients well until it forms a fine and smoothy mixture.
  6. Make sure that the mixture is obtained without any lumps present in it.
  7. Now slather the obtained thick paste all over your face using the fingertips.
  8. Then leave the paste to be there on your face for about 15 minutes.
  9. After that, start to rinse your face with warm or cold water.
  10. You can also prefer adding a few drops of olive oil in the face mask if you have dry skin.

Repetitions:

  • Once in a week.

#5. Banana Face Mask

Things Required:

 Raw honey  1 tbsp
 Ripe Banana  1

Directions To Do:

  1. Take a ripe banana and peel off the outer skin layer completely from it.
  2. Then cut the banana into a few small slices and place it in a small bowl.
  3. Now mash down the banana slices into a smooth paste using a spoon.
  4. Then add a little amount of honey into the mashed banana paste kept in the bowl.
  5. Blend both the ingredients together until they get combined together.
  6. Then apply & leave the banana paste to be there on your face for about 30 minutes.
  7. Once the mixture becomes dry, take a washcloth and dip it completely inside a bowl filled with warm water.
  8. Then take the soaked cloth and squeeze the excess water out from it. Now rub the damp cloth all over your face to remove the applied paste on it.
  9. Finally, rinse your face with cold water.

  • 3 to 4 times a week.

Note:

  • If you have oily skin, then you can avoid using the face packs whose recipe contains oil in it.
  • If you have dry skin, then you can opt for all those face maks which contains the oil content as it would make your skin to get moisturized too.
  • Also, always apply a small amount of moisturizer on your face after washing the applied mask from your face.
