Things you will need:

 Parsley  Handful
 Water  2 Cups

Procedure:

  1. Take a handful of parsley and wash them in order to rinse all the impurities away.
  2. Fill a vessel with 2 cups of water and bring it to boil.
  3. Once it gets it first boil, add the parsley, simmer the gas and continue boiling for 20 minutes till the concoction turn yellowish-green.
  4. Strain it and set aside till it cools down.
  5. Drink it up.

Drink this solution every day for 1 week before your actual periods day.

Parsley helps in fighting fatigues that are associated with premenstrual syndrome. It is very effective to release the menstrual pain. Parsley also helps in directly working on regularising the periods.

Cinnamon And Milk

Things you will need:

 Milk  1 glass
 Cinnamon  1/2 Tsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a glass of milk and pour it in a vessel.
  2. Heat it for 5 minutes and add 1/2 a Tsp of cinnamon to it.
  3. Mix both the ingredients well and turn the flame off after 1 minute.

  2. Let it sit overnight and strain the mix in the morning.

  2. Add in 2 tbsp of fenugreek seeds in it and soak it in water overnight.
  3. In the morning, transfer this mix into a vessel, heat it and bring it to boil.
  4. Once it turns frothy, strain it and drink it up.

Start by drinking this mix everyday 1 week before your actual date of periods.

Fenugreek contains properties which are known to heat the body up. Drinking this for 1 whole week will contract the uterus, and thus induce periods faster, quicker and also without pain.

Turmeric And Milk

Things you will need:

 Turmeric  1/4th tbsp
 Milk  1 glass full

  2. Bring it to boil and after the first boil, add 1/4th Tsp of turmeric into it.
  3. Mix it really well, turn the flame off and strain it in a mug.

Drinking this ginger concotion every day helps in heating the body which brings the period faster and also make it easier. It also contains antispasmodic properties which is known to ease the menstrual pain as well as cramps.

Bamboo Solution

Things you will need:

 Bamboo Leaves  a Handful
 Water  2 cups

Procedure:

  1. Take a vessel and add 2 cups of water in it.
  2. Bring it to boil and after the first boil, add a handful of bamboo leaves in it.
  3. Boil the solution for 15 minutes and turn the flame off.
  4. Strain it and transfer it into a mug.
  5. Mix 1 Tsp of honey in it, leave it to cool down a little bit and then drink it up!

Drink this solution every day twice till you get your periods regularized.

Carrom Seeds

 Carrom seeds  1 Tsp
