#1. Rice-Avocado Face Mask

Things Required:

Organic Rice  3 tbsp
Distilled water  1 cup
Avocado pulp  2 tbsp
Raw honey  1 tbsp

Directions To Do:

  1. Take a small bowl and add the distilled water into it.
  2. Then add the organic rice into the bowl and boil it under a low flame for a few minutes.
  3. Once the rice is boiled, remove it from the heat.
  4. Now strain the water content in a separate bowl and keep the rice in another bowl.
  5. Then add the avocado pulp into the bowl that contains the rice.
  6. Also, add a small amount of honey into the rice mixture.
  7. Stir the mixture well such that it forms to a fine paste.
  8. Start applying the mixture all over your face and neck using your fingertips.
  9. Then allow the face mask to get dry for about 20 minutes.
  10. Now you can rinse your face and neck with warm or cold water.
  11. Or you can also use rice water which you filtered and kept before preparing the face mask for washing your face.

Repetitions:

2 to 3 times a week.

#2. Rice-Turmeric Powder Face Mask

Things Required:

Rice powder  1 tbsp
Turmeric powder  1/4 tbsp
Rosewater  2 tbsp
Milk  2 to 3 tbsp
Raw honey  2 tbsp

Directions To Do:

  1. Using the above-mentioned ingredients you can prepare the rice face masks for three different types of skin.
  2. Firstly, take a small bowl and add the rice powder into it.
  3. Refer the below-given list for the other ingredients based on your skin type.
  4.          For Dry Skin:
    • When you have a dry skin type, add a small amount of raw honey in a small bowl.

             For Oily Skin:

    • If you have oily skin, then prefer adding turmeric powder and a small amount of rosewater into the bowl.

             For Normal Skin:

    • For this, add raw milk into the bowl containing the rice powder.
  5. Stir the mixture well after adding all the required ingredients until it turns to a fine paste.
  6. Then apply the obtained face mask all over your face and neck.
  7. Leave the paste to stay on your face for about 15 minutes.
  8. Now start to rinse your face with warm or cold water.

#3. Grape Face Mask

Things Required:

Rice powder  2 tbsp
Grapes  3 to 4
Vitamin E oil  1 to 2 drops

Directions To Do:

  1. Firstly, you have to take the grapes and put them inside a blender.
  2. Blend the grapes until the pulpy texture of the grape mixture is obtained.
  3. Then add the rice powder into the blended pulpy grape mixture.
  4. Stir the ingredients well until the rice powder gets dissolved completely inside the grape mixture.
  5. Also, you can adjust the consistency of the paste by adjusting the amount of rice powder based on your choice.
  6. Once a proper consistency is obtained, you can add a few drops of vitamin E oil into the grape mixture.
  7. Mix the ingredients well to make them get combined together.
  8. Apply the obtained mixture all over your face and neck.
  9. Then allow the mixture to get dry for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  10. Finally, rinse your face with warm or cold water and pat it with a clean towel to make it dry.

#4. Cinnamon Powder Face Mask

Things Required:

Rice  1/4 cup
Glycerin  1 tbsp
Cinnamon powder  2 tbsp

Directions To Do:

  1. Take a small bowl and add the rice into it.
  2. Heat the bowl so that the rice in it gets boiled completely.
  3. Once the rice is boiled enough, you can remove the rice from the heat.
  4. Then strain the excess rice water from the rice and keep it separately in a small bowl.
  5. Now take the rice and mash it down completely until it turns to a fine paste-like form.
  6. Then add the glycerin and the cinnamon powder into the mashed rice mixture.
  7. Mix the ingredients well such that they get combined well and form a fine and smooth paste.
  8. Now use your fingertips to apply the obtained mixture all over your face and neck.
  9. Then allow the applied paste to stay on your face for about 15 minutes to make it dry.
  10. After that, you can wash your face with water. Do the first rinse with the rice water that is filtered and kept separately in the bowl.
  11. Then wash your face with warm or cold water and pat it with a clean towel.

#5. Milk Face Mask

Things Required:

Rice  2 to 3 tbsp
Raw honey  1 tbsp
Warm milk  1 tbsp

Directions To Do:

  1. Firstly, you should cook the rice until it gets cooked well.
  2. Take a vessel and add the rice and a small amount of water into it.
  3. Then place the vessel in the heat under a low flame.
  4. Allow the rice to get boiled for a few minutes until it becomes soft.
  5. Then remove the rice from the heat and strain the rice water separately in another bowl.
  6. Now add the warm milk into the boiled rice kept in the bowl.
  7. Mix the ingredients well until they both get combined together.
  8. Then add a small amount of honey and continue mixing the ingredients until a fine mixture is obtained.
  9. Start to slather the obtained mixture all over your face and neck.
  10. Allow the applied mask on your face to get dry for about 30 minutes.
  11. Now take the rice water and start to rinse your face with it to remove the paste.
  12. Finally, you wash your face with warm or col water.

Note:

  • Before applying any of the mentioned face masks, make sure that your face is clean and free from any dirt, dust and other impurities.
  • Also, make sure that you remove the makeup completely from your face before starting to apply the face mask.
