Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl and fill it with hot water. Add in the dried mushrooms to it and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Strain the water and keep the mushroom aside. On sim, cook the mushroom broth and add mushroom, garlic and ginger to it.
  3. In a separate bowl, add miso paste and whisk it. Add it to the mushroom broth. Add the tamari sauce as well.
  4. On the other side, cook the soba noodle until al dente.
