  3. Hey ladies, lemon tea is great but since this post does not provide it, I am going to share some precautions which you should be aware and mindful of when consuming lemon tea. Firstly, it is not recommended to drink lemon tea if you are pregnant or even afterwards when you are breastfeeding your baby. Also, keep lemon tea way from children it is not suitable for them. Also, if you suffer from issues like high blood pressure, you should stay away from lemon tea in that case too then. Do not drink lemon tea if you are suffering from stomach issues like IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) or even if you are just having diarrhea. Also, if you are on any sort of medication for any issue, disease, problem, condition with your body, you should consult your doctor or seek expert medical advice first before going for the regular consumption of the lemon tea. These precautions are important to follow and I suggest you all who are reading this head these advice, as they will help you avoid any unforeseen consequences with lemon tea.   9. I love lemon tea and drink it a lot. I have personally found that tea does not brew that well when lemon juice is already present in the tea. So my recommendation is that you wait until after the tea has been brewed to add the lemon juice. That is my tip to you guys. Cheers.

It helps to stabilize the histamine releasing cells in the body and hence reduces chances of allergies and such as histamines are the chemicals which trigger allergic reactions in the body. I also suffer from type II diabetes and my doctor also recommended that I start drinking lemon tea just to manage my symptoms and my disease and the effects have been wonderful. It allows me to live my life as I want, it is really a boon. Go for it, if you are also suffering from similar issues like diabetes or high blood sugar. Just drink it without sugar of course, don’t think I need to mention that, but you never know in today’s world 😀 I use raw organic honey for some sweet taste and I actually find it to be quite delicious and I find myself looking forward to my tea time, sorry, lemon tea time :D. She was always highly concerned about our health, as all mothers are, but she was a smart woman and decided to go for an all encompassing way.
