Tip 1 – Start your day with this skin whitening drink

Carrot and beetroot juice is one of the most powerful drink to get glowing skin naturally.

Ingredients required are

  • 1/2 medium beetroot – Peeled
  • 4 carrots
  • 1/4 inch of ginger
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cup of water
  1. Take vegetables, peel and chop them in small pieces
  2. Transfer all these vegetables in blender
  3. Add juice of half a lemon
  4. Add 1/2 cup of water in this
  5. Blend it well and your skin whitening drink is ready

Tip #2 – Start Drinking Green Tea

Start drinking green tea every day, it will nit only help you in weight loss but will also make your skin younger looking.

Make sure you drink 1 cup of green tea after every meal (Never drink green tea with empty stomach)

Scrub your body twice a week

  • Coconut oil – 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Coffee – 1/4 cup
  • Sugar – 1/4 cup
