#1. Aloe Vera Gel

Things Required:

  Aloe vera leaf   1
  Vitamin E capsule   1

Directions To Do:

  1. Take one fresh aloe vera leaf from the aloe vera plant.
  2. Then peel the outer layer of the aloe vera leaf.
  3. Now try to extract the aloe vera gel present inside the leaf.
  4. Place the aloe vera gel into a small bowl.
  5. Then take a vitamin E capsule and prick it using a needle.
  6. Now pour the vitamin E oil present inside the capsule into the bowl that contains the fresh aloe vera gel.
  7. Stir the mixture well until the oil gets combined well with the aloe vera gel.
  8. Then start applying the extracted fresh aloe vera gel mixture all over your face and neck.
  9. Apply more on those areas where you have wrinkles.
  10. Gently massage your facial skin where you have those wrinkles using the applied aloe vera gel for a few minutes using your fingertips.
  11. Then leave the aloe vera gel mixture to be there on your face for about 30 minutes.
  12. Once the gel becomes dry you can start to wash the area with warm or cold water.
  13. Then pat the area gently using a clean towel to make it dry.

#2. Egg White:

Things Required:

  Egg white   of 1 egg

Directions To Do:

  1. Take an egg and break it gently to separate the egg white from the yolk.
  2. Pour the separated egg white in a small bowl.
  3. Now whisk the egg white well using a spoon.
  4. Then take a cotton pad and dip it inside the egg white mixture.
  5. Now take the soaked cotton pad and dab it all over your face and neck.
  6. Focus more on those areas where you have the wrinkles on your skin.
  7. After that, massage that portion of your skin gently for a few minutes using your fingertips with the applied egg white mixture.
  8. Then allow the egg white mixture to be there on your skin for about 15 minutes.
  9. Once the egg white starts to dry, you will feel your skin getting tightened.
  10. Now you can rinse your face and neck with warm or cold water.
  11. You can also use a mild cleanser if you wanted to get rid of the egg white smell from your skin.

#3. Organic Yogurt And Honey

Things Required:

  Warm honey   1 tbsp
  Olive oil   1 tbsp
  Organic plain yogurt   1 tbsp
  Egg white   of 1 egg

Directions To Do:

  1. Firstly, place a small bowl and add a little amount of raw honey into it.
  2. Then heat it by placing it on the stove on a very low flame for about 2 minutes.
  3. Wait until honey reaches a warm temperature and then remove it from the heat.
  4. Now take the egg and break it for separating the egg white from the yolk.
  5. Then pour the egg white into the warm honey.
  6. After that, add the olive oil and yogurt into the bowl that contains the mixture.
  7. Stir the mixture well until it turns to a fine and smooth paste.
  8. Now place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes.
  9. After that, remove it from the refrigerator and start applying it all over your face and neck.
  10. You can massage your face with the applied mixture for a few minutes.
  11. Then allow the mixture to get dry on your face for about half an hour.
  12. After that, you can use warm or cold water and wash your face gently.
  13. You can also use a small amount of mild cleanser while washing your face if you want to get rid of the egg white smell from your facial skin.

#4. Avocado Oil

Things Required:

 Avocado oil  2 tbsp

Directions To Do:

  1. Firstly, take a small cotton ball and dip it completely inside the avocado oil.
  2. Then take the soaked cotton ball and start to dab it on your facial skin.
  3. Apply the oil all over your face and neck using the cotton ball.
  4. Then start to massage your face and neck with the applied oil using your fingertips. Continue massaging for about 5 minutes.
  5. Then allow the oil to be there on your face for about 15 minutes.
  6. You can also apply the oil mixture and leave it to be there on your face for overnight.
  7. After you wake up in the morning, you can rinse your face with warm or cold water.
  8. You will notice the applied oil getting absorbed by your skin region after a few hours when you leave it for overnight.

#5. Cucumber Paste

Things Required:

  Fresh Cucumber   1

Directions To Do:

  1. Take one fresh cucumber and peel off the outer skin layer completely.
  2. Then cut the cucumber into a few small slices.
  3. Now put the cucumber slices into a blender and start grinding it well until they turn to a fine and smooth paste.
  4. Then start applying the cucumber paste all over your face and neck.
  5. You can massage the area with the applied cucumber paste for a few minutes using the fingertips.
  6. Allow the mixture to be there on your face for about 15 minutes.
  7. After that, you can use warm or cold water and wash your face gently to remove the mixture from your face.
