  Fresh wheatgrass   1/2 cup
  Cheesecloth or strainer   1

  1. Firstly, take a few fresh Wheatgrass and wash them under running water.
  2. Then remove the yellow grass present in them and prefer only the green grass which is fresh and tender.
  3. After that, drain the excess water present in the Wheatgrass after washing them.
  4. Now add the green grass into a blender or a food processor.
  5. Grind the fresh green grass until it turns to a watery paste.
  6. Now use a strainer or a cheesecloth and extract the wheatgrass juice separately in a small mixing bowl.
  7. Initially, take about 15 ml of the ground fresh wheatgrass juice and mix it with equal amounts of any other fruit juice of your choice. This is to test and make sure that you do not face any side effects after consuming these shots.
  8. Follow this process regularly for about one week regularly.
  9. Then prefer for increasing the amount of Wheatgrass juice being mixed in the fruit juice.
