#1. Raw Honey And Milk

Things Required:

  Rice   3 tbsp
  Milk   1 tbsp
  Raw honey   1 tbsp
  Distilled water   1 cup

Procedure:

  1. Firstly, take a bowl and add the rice into it.
  2. Then add the distilled water into the rice kept in the bowl.
  3. Now start to heat the bowl containing the rice for a few minutes.
  4. Once the water starts to boil, reduce it to a low flame and allow it to boil for about 3 minutes.
  5. Then remove the bowl from the heat and allow the mixture to cool down for some time.
  6. Now use a strainer or a filter and strain the rice separately into a bowl leaving the water aside.
  7. Store the remaining rice water separately in a small container.
  8. Then add the other given ingredients into the boiled rice kept in the bowl.
  9. Start mixing all the ingredients until it turns to a fine paste.
  10. Now cleanse your face thoroughly with normal water.
  11. Then start applying this rice paste all over your face and neck using the fingertips.
  12. Also, massage your face with the applied paste in circular motions for a few minutes.
  13. Then leave the mixture to get dry for about 15 minutes.
  14. Now rinse your face with warm water and pat the area dry with a clean towel.

Repetitions:

  • Repeat using this rice mask once per week to get some effective results on your face.

#2. Rice Powder And Milk

Things Required:

  Uncooked rice   1 cup
  Raw milk   1/2 cup

Procedure:

  1. Firstly, take the uncooked rice and put it into a mixer or a grinder.
  2. Then grind the uncooked rice until it turns to a fine powder.
  3. Now put the ground rice powder into a small bowl.
  4. Then add the raw milk little by little into the rice powder kept in the bowl.
  5. Start mixing the ingredients using a spoon as you add the milk until it turns to a fine and smooth paste.
  6. Now cleanse your face with normal water. You can also use rose water for cleansing your face.
  7. Then start applying this rice paste all over your face and neck using the fingertips.
  8. Start scrubbing your facial skin gently with the applied paste in circular motions using the fingertips for a few seconds.
  9. Then leave the mixture on your face to dry for about 15 minutes.
  10. Finally, rinse your face with cool water and pat it dry with a clean towel.
  11. Then apply a small amount of regular moisturizer all over your face to get rid of dryness issues.

Repetitions:

  • Use this face pack for about 3 times per week regularly until you notice some visible changes in your facial skin.

#3. Maida And Raw Honey

Things Required:

  Rice flour   1 tbsp
  Raw Milk   2 to 3 tbsp
  Raw honey   1 tbsp
  Turmeric powder   1 pinch
  Maida (Wheat flour)   1 tbsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a mixing bowl and add all the given ingredients one by one into it.
  2. Start mixing all the ingredients together using a spoon until it turns to a fine paste.
  3. Cleanse your face well with normal water.
  4. Then start applying this rice paste all over your face using the fingertips.
  5. Allow the rice paste applied on your face to dry for about 20 minutes.
  6. Finally, wash your face with normal water and pat the area dry with a clean towel.

Repetitions:

  • Use it regularly for about 2 times per week to see some visible changes in your facial skin.

#4. Raw Honey And Turmeric Powder

Things Required:

  Rice flour   2 tbsp
  Raw Milk   3 tbsp
  Raw honey   a few drops
  Turmeric powder   1 tsp

Procedure:

  1. Firstly, take a mixing bowl and add the given ingredients one by one into it.
  2. Then start to mix the ingredients well using a spoon until it turns to a smooth paste.
  3. Also, prefer adding a small amount of yogurt if you have acne-prone skin type.
  4. Then slather this rice flour paste all over your face using the fingertips.
  5. Now leave the mixture to get dry for about 20 minutes on your face.
  6. Then rinse your face with normal water.
  7. Also, gently scrub the applied paste on your face using the fingertips for removing it.
  8. Then apply a small amount of any moisturizing cream on your face to prevent any dryness issues.

Repetitions:

  • Repeat using this paste for about 2 to 3 times per week to get effective and desired results on your facial skin.

#5. Gram Flour And Turmeric Powder

Things Required:

  Gram flour   1 tbsp
  Milk   2 tbsp
  Curd or milk   1 & 1/2 tbsp
  Rice flour   1 tbsp
  Turmeric powder   one pinch

Procedure:

  1. Firstly, take a bowl and add the rice flour and gram flour into it.
  2. Now mix the powders and add curd or milk into the powdered mixture kept in the bowl.
  3. Prefer curd if you have oily skin type. And add milk if you have a very dry skin type.
  4. Then add a pinch of turmeric powder into the mixture kept in the bowl.
  5. Mix the ingredients well using a spoon until it turns to a smooth paste.
  6. Now rinse your face thoroughly with regular water.
  7. Then start applying this rice flour mask all over your face and neck.
  8. Leave the applied paste to be there on your face for about 10 minutes.
  9. Finally, rinse your face with regular water and pat it dry with a clean towel.
  10. Then apply a small amount of any non-comedogenic moisturizer on your face to prevent any dryness issues.

  • Do not use this if you have any open wounds or cuts in your facial skin.
