Rice Water

How To:

  1. Take ½ cup of rice and wash it once in 1 cup of water.
  2. Now soak it in 2 cups of water for 30 minutes.
  3. Knead lightly so that the water becomes cloudy and whitish.
  4. Strain and separate the rice from the water.
  5. We need the water so pour it in an air-tight container and close its lid properly.
  6. Place this jar in a refrigerator for 7 days.
  7. Whenever you want to use the rice water take out nearly 3 tbsp of the water in another bowl and keep the rest again in the refrigerator.
  8. Just dip a cotton ball in the water and apply it on your face.
  9. Leave it for 15 minutes.
  10. Rinse with water.
  11. Use it 1 time daily.

Boiled Rice Water

How To:

  1. Take ½ cup of rice, wash once and soak it in 3 cups of water for 15 minutes.
  2. Now place it in a pan and leave it to cook as you normally prepare rice for eating.

  4. Pour the rice water in a bowl and let it cool at room temperature.
  5. You can keep this water in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for further use for 7 days.
  6. Clean your face beforehand to remove any dirt from the skin surface.
  7. Take 2 tbsp of this rice water and apply it on your face.
  8. Massage for a few minutes.
  9. Leave it for 15 minutes.
  10. Rinse with normal water.

  7. The rice water is now ready to use.
  8. Take out 2 tbsp in a bowl and keep the rest in an airtight jar and place it in the refrigerator.
  9. The rice water will be usable for the next 5-7 days, so throw away any leftovers after that period.
