Avocado, Olive oil And Honey Mask

Things you will need:

 Avocado  1/2
 Olive Oil  1 Tsp
 Honey  1 tbsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl and scoop the flesh of half avocado in it.
  2. Add olive oil and honey in it.
  3. Mix all the ingredients really well.
  4. Cleanse your face using a mild cleanser and pat the skin dry.
  5. Apply this paste onto your face and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Use lukewarm water to rinse the mask off.
  7. Pat the skin dry and finish by applying a light moisturizer on it.

Use this remedy 1-2 times in a week for best results.

Avocado contains fats which nourish the skin and help in turning the skin to soft and hydrated one. Olive oil contains antioxidants which fight the free radicals and other skin damages. Honey with its emollient properties adds nourishment.

Cocoa, Papaya And Honey Mask

Things you will need:

 Cocoa  1/4th cup
 Cream  2 Tsp
 Papaya  1/4th cup
 Honey  1/4th Cup
 Oatmeal Powder  2 Tsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, add papaya in it and mash it until it turns smooth.
  2. Add cocoa, cream, honey and oatmeal in it.
  3. Mix all the ingredients really well.
  4. Cleanse your face using a mild cleanser and pat the skin dry.
  5. Apply this mixture onto your face and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  6. Use warm water to rinse the mask off and pat the skin dry.
  7. Finish by using a light moisturizer on it.

Use this remedy 1-2 times in a week for best results.

Cocoa help in scrubbing off the impurities while cream moisturizes it. Papaya contains papain which nourishes the skin while making it healthy. Honey contains antioxidants which repair the skin damage while oatmeal scrubs away the dead skin cells.

Green Tea Drink

Things you will need:

 Green Tea Bag  1
 Hot Water  1 Cup
 Honey  1 Tsp
 Lemon Juice  4-5 drops

  1. Take a vessel and fill it with water.
  2. Place it on the flame and bring the water to a boil.
  3. Put the green tea bag in the hot water for a few minutes.

Drink this twice every single day for best results.

  2. Add sandalwood powder, bentonite clay and honey in it.
  3. Mix all the ingredients really well.
  4. Cleanse your face using a mild cleanser and pat the skin dry.
  5. Apply this paste onto your face and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  6. Use plain water to rinse the mask off and pat the skin dry.
  7. Finish by applying a light moisturizer on it.

Use this treatment 1-2 times in a week for best results.
