 Lemon Juice  3 Tsp
 Coconut Oil  50 ml

  1. Take a bowl and add 3 Tsp of lemon juice with 50 ml of coconut oil in it.
  2. Mix both of them really well.
  3. Take cotton, dip it into this concoction and apply it on your scalp as well as hair.
  4. Massage for 2-3 minutes and leave it on for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  5. Rinse it off using shampoo and rinse the hair using lukewarm water.

Repeat this treatment twice in a week to see visible difference.

 Blackseed Oil  1 tbsp
 Mustard Oil  2 tbsp

  3. Warm the mixture and take it off the flame.
  4. Apply it on your scalp as well as hair and massage for 15 minutes.
  5. Leave it on for 30 minutes and rinse it off using sulphate free shampoo followed with a conditioner.

Repeat this treatment thrice in a week to see visible as well as best results.

 Coconut Oil  1 Cup

 Potato  5
 Water  2 cups

Procedure:

  1. Take 5 potatoes, peel them and put the peels inside a bowl.
  2. Keep the potatoes aside and use only the peels.
  3. In a vessel, add 2 cups of water and peel of 5 potatoes in it.
  4. After its first boil, simmer it again for 5 minutes.
  5. Take it off the flame and let it cool down a little.
  6. Strain it and pour it in a cup.
  7. You can add essential oil to this if you want a fragrance in it.
  8. Shampoo your hair usually and then rinse your hair using this solution.
  9. Let it sit for 30 minutes and massage for a couple of minutes.
  10. Don’t rinse and style as usual.

Things you will need:

 Honey  1 tbsp
 Castor Oil  1 tbsp

  1. Take a vessel and break open one egg into it. Use only the yolk part.
  2. Use a fork and whip it really well into a liquidy consistency.

 Amla  4
 Coconut Oil  1 Cup

Procedure:

  1. Take 4 amlas and dry them. You can also buy dried amla directly from the market.
  2. Take a vessel and add 1 cup of coconut oil in it. Put the flame on.
  3. Add in the amla to it and bring it to boil.
  4. Once the concoction turns a little thick, take it off the flame and let it cool down a little.
  5. Scoop some of it in your fingers and apply this onto your scalp as well as hair.
  6. Massage for 10 minutes and leave it on overnight.
  7. In the morning, rinse it off using shampoo and lukewarm water.

Repeat this treatment thrice in a week.

Amla is an excellent ingredient when it comes to working on ageing signs like grey hair. It also has properties which can prevent premature graying. Coconut oil helps in nourishing the hair and also helping in hair growth.
