Oily Skin

Orange Cleanser

Things you will need:

 Glycerin  1/2 Tsp
 Soap  3 tbsp
 Orange Peel Powder  1 Tsp
 Turmeric Powder  1/4th Tsp
 Hot Water  1 Bowl

Procedure:

  1. Begin by taking a bowl of hot water.
  2. Add 1/2 Tsp of glycerin, 3 tbsp of soap, 1 Tsp of orange peel powder and 1/4th Tsp of turmeric powder in it.
  3. Mix all the ingredients really well.
  4. Take some of it between your palms and apply it onto your face.
  5. Gently massage for 30 seconds and then rinse it off using cold water.

Repeat this treatment everyday, twice.

Oatmeal Exfoliator

Things you will need:

 Oatmeal  3 tbsp
 Bentonite Clay  2 tbsp
 Baking soda  1 tbsp
 Jojoba Oil  3 tbsp
 Rosehip Oil  5 drops
 Lavender Essential Oil  5 drops

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, add 3 tbsp of oatmeal, 2 tbsp of bentonite clay, 1 tbsp baking soda, 3 tbsp of jojoba oil, 5 drops of rosehip and 5 drops of lavender oil in it.
  2. Transfer this mix into a jar and set aside.
  3. Wet your face using water and take a Tsp of this mix onto your palm.
  4. Apply it onto your face and gently rub in a circular motion for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Rinse it off using water and pat the skin dry using a soft towel.

Use this exfoliator every 3 days for best result.

Green Tea Toner

Things you will need:

 Green Tea  3/4th Cup
 Apple cider vinegar  1/4th Cup

Procedure:

  1. Take a glass spray bottle and add a 3/4th cup of green tea and 1/4th cup of apple cider vinegar in it.
  2. Close the lid and shake well in order to mix all the ingredients in it.
  3. Directly apply this spray onto your face and let the skin absorb it.
  4. You can also take some of this toner onto a cotton ball and apply it on your face.

Use this everytime you cleanse your face.

Avocado, Lemon Juice And Almond Oil Treatment

Things you will need:

 Avocado  1/4th
 Lemon Juice  1 tbsp
 Almond Oil  1 tbsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a clean bowl and add avocado fruit-flesh in it.
  2. Using a fork mash it into a fine paste.
  3. Add in the lemon juice and almond oil and mix again.
  4. Apply this onto your face and leave it on for 20 minutes.
  5. Rinse it off using normal water and pat the skin dry.
  6. Finish by using some oil-free moisturizer if required.

Repeat this treatment 2-3 times in a week.

Jojoba and Essential Oil Moisturizer

Things you will need:

 Jojoba Oil  1 tbsp
 Frankincense Oil  3 drops
 Lavender Oil  3 drops

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, add 1 tbsp of jojoba oil, 3 drops of frankincense and lavender oil in it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients really well.
  3. Apply this onto your face and massage for 1-2 minutes till the massage is very well absorbed.
  4. Don’t rinse.

Use the moisturizer twice every day.

Dry Skin

Full Cream and Olive Oil Cleanser

Things you will need:

 Full cream milk  2 tbsp
 Olive Oil  6-8 drops

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, add 2 tbsp of full cream milk and 6-8 drops of olive oil in it.
  2. Mix both the ingredients really well.
  3. Apply this cleanser on your skin and massage for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Rinse it off using water and pat the skin dry.

Repeat using this cleanser every day, twice.

Almond And Coconut Oil Exfoliator

Things you will need:

 Ground almond  2 tbsp
 Coconut oil  2 tbsp
 Avocado Oil  1 Tsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, add 2 tbsp of ground almonds, 2 tbsp of coconut oil and 1 Tsp of avocado oil in it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients really well in order to make a paste.
  3. Apply this onto your skin and exfoliate using a gentle circular motion for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Rinse it off using water and pat the skin dry.

Repeat this exfoliation process once every week for best results.

Witch Hazel Toner

Things you will need:

 Witch Hazel  4 oz
 Vitamin E Oil  1/2 Tsp
 Helichrysum Oil  4-5 drops
 Vetiver Oil  4-5 drops
 Spray Bottle  4 oz

Procedure:

  1. Take a glass spray bottle, add 4 oz of witch hazel, 1/2 Tsp of vitamin E oil, 4-5 drops of helichrysum oil and 4-5 drops of vetiver oil in it.
  2. Close the lid and shake well in order to mix all the ingredients really well.
  3. Spray this toner directly onto your face and let your skin absorb it.
  4. You can also take some of this toner onto a cotton ball and apply it on your face.
  5. Don’t rinse.

Repeat this every day after cleansing your face.

Cottage Cheese And Aloe Vera Mask

Things you will need:

 Cottage Cheese  2 tbsp
 Aloe Vera Gel  2 tbsp
 Date fruits  8-9
 Lemon Juice  1 tbsp
 Cucumber  2 slices

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, add 2 tbsp of cottage cheese, 2 tbsp of aloe vera gel, 8-9 date fruits(deseeded) and 1 tbsp of lemon juice in it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients really well and toss it in the blender to make a fine paste.
  3. Toss it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for the mix to cool.
  4. Apply this mask onto your face, place cucumber slices on your eyes and leave it on for 20 minutes.
  5. Rinse it off using warm water and cold water after.
  6. Pat the skin dry and finish with a moisturizer.

Apply this mask 2-3 times in a week to nourish your face.

Mango And Grape Seed Moisturizer

Things you will need:

 Mango Butter  1 Cup
 Grape Seed Oil  1/2 Cup
 Calendula Flower  1 tbsp
 Yarrow Flower  1 tbsp
 Plantain leaves  1 tbsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a glass jar and add all the ingredients in it except the mango butter.
  2. Mix them well and place it under the sun for 3 weeks. Shake and stir daily.
  3. Strain the mix after three weeks and transfer it into a pump bottle.
  4. In another bowl, add 1 cup of mango butter and melt it using a double boiler method.
  5. Once melted, leave it to solidify. Once semi-solid, use a blender to whip it.
  6. Add the strained oil to the whipped butter and blend again.
  7. Store it in a cool place and use some of it on your skin and massage for 1-2 minutes till it gets absorbed by the skin.

Use the cream on your skin twice in a day.
