Green Tea, Baking Soda And Honey

Things you will need:

 Green Tea Bag  1
 Baking Soda  1/2 Tsp
 Honey  1 & 1/2 Tsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a vessel and fill it with 1 cup of water.
  2. Put it on the flame and bring the water to boil.
  3. After the first boil, take it off the flame and pour it in a mug.
  4. Dip 1 green tea bag in it and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  5. Add 1/2 Tsp of baking soda and 1 & 1/2 Tsp of honey to it.
  6. Mix all the ingredients really well and apply it onto your cleansed face.
  7. Leave it on for 10 minutes and rinse it off by scrubbing the mask off.
  8. Pat the skin dry and finish with a moisturiser.

Repeat using this mask twice in a week for best results.

Green tea contains antioxidants which help in repairing skin damage from the roots. Honey also contains antioxidants which remove the impurities. Baking soda scrubs off the dirt and other impurities as well.

Egg White, Lemon And Honey

Things you will need:

 Egg White  of 1 egg
 Lemon  1
 Raw Honey  1 Tsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl and break open 1 egg into it. Use only the white part.
  2. Squeeze the juice of 1 whole lemon into the bowl, add 1 Tsp of honey to it and mix all the ingredients really well.
  3. Cleanse your face and pat the skin dry.
  4. Dip a facial brush into this mix and apply it onto your face with a thick layer and leave it on for 20 minutes.
  5. Once dried, splash off some water on your face using cold water.
  6. Rinse well till the mask is completely removed from your face.
  7. Pat the skin dry and finish with a moisturizer and sunscreen.

Repeat using this mask 2-3 times in a week.

Things you will need:

 Egg White  of 1 egg
 Coconut oil  1/2 Tsp
 Lemon Juice  1/2 Tsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, break open 1 egg into it. Use only the white part.

Things you will need:

 Banana  1
 Rose Water  1 Tsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, add 1 banana to it and use a fork to mash it into a pulp.
  2. Add 1 Tsp of rose water to it and mix both the ingredients really well.
  3. Apply this mask onto your face and leave it on for 20 minutes.
  4. Pat the skin dry and finish with a serum.

Repeat using this treatment 3-4 times a week.

Rose water helps in brightening the skin and balancing the pH of the skin. This helps in evening the skin tone as well as its texture. The mask helps in improving the overall condition of the skin.

Coconut oil and Baking Soda

Things you will need:

 Coconut oil  6 & 1/2 tbsp
 Baking Soda  4 tbsp

  1. Take a bowl, add 6 and a half tbsp of coconut oil and 4 tbsp of baking soda in it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients really well.

  5. Leave it on till the skin absorbs the oil entirely.
  6. Don’t rinse.

Repeat using the oil treatment thrice every week for best results.

Castor oil contains properties which can help in preventing sagging of the skin, and also fine lines and wrinkles. If you have a dry skin, using castor oil also helps in smoothening the skin and nourishing it.

Baking soda, Essential Oils And Coconut Oil

 Baking Soda  3 tbsp
 Coconut Oil  1/4th Cup
 Lavender Oil  2 drops
 Tea Tree Oil  2 drops

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, add 3 tbsp of baking soda, 1/4th cup of coconut oil, 2 drops of lavender and tea tree oil each.
  2. Mix all the ingredients really well.
  3. Cleanse your face using a mild cleanser and pat the skin dry.
  4. Apply this concoction onto your face and use your fingers in a circular motion to massage it in.
  5. Leave it on for 7-10 minutes and rinse it off using tepid water.
  6. Pat the skin dry and finish with a moisturizer.

Use this mask 2-3 times in a week.

Essential oils help in cleansing the pores and also fighting both the bacteria that cause acne and free radicals. Coconut oil helps in nourishing and evening the skin out while baking soda helps in tightening the skin.
