#1. Cleanser – Milk And Fresh Lime

Things Required:

  Fresh lime juice   1/2 tbsp
  Raw milk   1/2 cup
  Cotton pad   1

Procedure:

  1. Firstly, take a small bowl and add the raw milk into it.
  2. Prefer adding the fresh lime juice into the milk if you have an oily skin type. Mix well.
  3. Now take a cotton ball and dip it inside the mixture kept in the bowl.
  4. Allow the mix on your face to dry for about 2 minutes.
  5. Then rinse your face with normal water and pat it dry with a clean towel.

Repetitions:

  • You can use it every day for removing all the impurities from your face after returning home.

#2. Steam – Essential Oils

Things Required:

  Lavender Essential Oil   2 drops
  Tea Tree Essential Oil   2 drops
  Boiling Water   4 cups
  Large heat proof bowl   1
  Bath Towel   1

Procedure:

  1. Firstly, wash your face thoroughly before you start with the steaming process.
  2. Then take a large bowl and fill it with hot boiled water.
  3. Now add the tea tree essential oil and lavender essential oil into it.
  4. Stir the essential oil solution well using a spoon so that the oil gets dissolved in the water.
  5. Now place the towel covering your head and move your head above the bowl.
  6. Your head should be placed in the way of the steam that rises upwards from the bowl.
  7. Also, make sure that the towel is placed properly such that the steam is trapped near the face for a longer duration.
  8. Close your eyes and hold your face in the same position for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  9. Then remove the towel and move your face away from the bowl.

Repetitions:

  • You can repeat doing this once in 2 to 3 days regularly to remove all the impurities inside the pores present in your skin. Also, it offers great relaxation for your mind.

#3. Scrub – Sugar And Raw Honey

Things Required:

  Raw milk   1 tsp
  Raw honey   1 tbsp
  Organic granulated sugar   1 tbsp

Procedure:

  1. Firstly, take a bowl and add the given ingredients one by one into it.
  2. Then start mixing the ingredients well until it turns to a fine scrub.
  3. Now apply this sugar scrub all over your face using the fingertips.
  4. Start to scrub your facial skin gently in circular motions with the applied paste for a few minutes.
  5. Then leave the paste to be there on your face for a few minutes.
  6. Finally, wash your face with normal water and pat the area dry with a clean towel.

Repetitions:

  • You can use this facial scrub 1 to 2 times per week regularly to get rid of all the impurities present inside your pores.

#4. Face Pack – Turmeric And Gram Flour

Things Required:

  Gram flour   1 tbsp
  Milk   2 tbsp
  Curd   1 & 1/2 tbsp
  Rice flour   1 tbsp
  Turmeric powder   1 pinch

Procedure:

  1. Firstly, take a mixing bowl and add the gram flour and rice flour into it.
  2. After that, start to mix both the powders using a spoon.
  3. Then add either milk or curd into the powder kept in the bowl. If you have oily skin type, then prefer for adding curd. Prefer for adding milk if you have dry skin type.
  4. Now add about 1 pinch of turmeric powder into the flour mixture kept in the bowl.
  5. Then mix the ingredients well using a spoon until it turns to a smooth paste.
  6. Before applying the paste, wash your face thoroughly with regular water.
  7. After that, start applying this rice flour mask all over your face and neck.
  8. Let the applied paste be there on your face for about 10 minutes.
  9. Finally, wash your face with normal water and pat the area dry with a clean towel.

Repetitions:

  • You can continue using this paste up to 2 times per week to get some desired and visible changes in your facial skin.
  • Also, do not use this if you have any open wounds or cuts in your facial skin and neck region.

#5. Toner – Glycerin And Olive Oil

Things Required:

  Organic extra virgin olive oil   3 tbsp
  Raw milk   1/2 cup
  Glycerin   1 tbsp
  Water   2 cups

Procedure:

  1. Firstly, take a clean empty bottle and add the given ingredients one by one into it.
  2. Then close the bottle using its lid and start shaking it well for a couple of seconds.
  3. Now take a few drops of the toner solution and start applying it all over your face.
  4. Then leave the toner solution to get dry for a few minutes.
  5. Do not wash your face with regular water after applying this solution.

You can apply this solution whenever you feel any irritations or dryness issues in your facial skin. Shake the bottle well before every time you use this cleansing solution on your face. Store this toner solution in the refrigerator after every time you use this. Also, this toner will last for about one week if you store in a cool place.

Repetitions:

  • Repeat using this for about 2 times per day regularly to see some visible changes in your face.
  • Also, always prefer using the solution on a cleansed face.

#6. Moisturizer

Things Required:

  Raw milk   1 tsp
  Fresh lime juice   1/2 tsp
  Glycerin   1 tsp

  2. Stir the ingredients well until it turns to a fine creamy moisturizing paste.

  4. Gently massage your face for about 2 minutes using your fingertips.
  5. Then wash your face with regular water.

Repetitions:

  • You can use this moisturizer up to 4 times per week to get rid of dryness issues from your facial skin.
