Baking Soda Treatment

Things you will need:

 Water  2 Tsp
 Baking Soda  1 Tsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a small bowl, add water and baking soda in it.
  2. Mix both the ingredients to make a paste.
  3. Dampen your brush using lukewarm water and scoop this paste on it.
  4. Brush your teeth in a circular motion for 1 minute and spit it out.
  5. Rinse off using lukewarm water and if required, follow it up with toothpaste.

Use this treatment once every week for best results.

Baking soda tends to scrub the tarter out which helps in detaching them from the teeth. Using it also help in solving the oral hygine problems like a bad breath and sore throat.

Apple Cider Vinegar Treatment

Things you will need:

 Water  6 oz
 Apple Cider Vinegar  2 Tsp

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, add water and apple cider vinegar in it.
  2. Mix both the ingredients really well.
  3. Take a huge gulp of this solution and swish it around your mouth from left to right.
  4. Do this for 1 minute and spit it out.
  5. Take a huge gulp of some plain water and swish that in your mouth.
  6. Follow this multiple times.

Use this treatment multiple times in a day for best results.

Apple cider vinegar contains antibacterial properties which kill the bacteria that cause bad oral hygeine which lead to tarter, decays and even gum infection. Apple cider vinegar help in treating all of these.

Powdered Milk Treatment

Things you will need:

 Powdered Milk  A pinch
 Toothpaste  Small squeeze

Procedure:

  1. Take a bowl, add powdered milk and toothpaste in it.
  2. Mix both the ingredients really well.

  5. Rinse your mouth to cleanse it.

Use this as regularly as you would with your normal toothpaste.

Strawberries Treatment

Things you will need:

 Toothbrush  1
 Strawberries  1-2

Procedure:

  1. Take 1-2 strawberries, rinse them and deseed them.
  2. Use a fork to mash it into a puree.
  3. Dampen your toothbrush and scoop this onto it.
  4. Brush your teeth in a circular motion for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Let it sit for 5 minutes and spit it out.
  6. Rinse your mouth.

Use this treatment every alternate day for best results.
