Breast shape and firmness can change with age, pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight fluctuations, hormones and genetics. While there are many creams and home remedies online promising dramatically larger breasts, no massage, oil or exercise can permanently increase breast tissue size.
However, you can make the breasts look firmer, slightly lifted and fuller by strengthening the chest muscles underneath them, improving posture and keeping the surrounding skin well moisturized.
Here are two simple tricks you can easily follow at home.
The breasts themselves do not contain muscle, but underneath them are the pectoralis muscles. Strengthening these muscles may improve the way the chest sits and can create a slightly more lifted, toned appearance.
Stand about an arm’s length away from a wall.
Place both palms flat against the wall at shoulder height.
Slowly bend your elbows and bring your chest toward the wall.
Push yourself back to the starting position.
Do 15 repetitions.
Sit or stand straight.
Bring both palms together in front of your chest as if you are praying.
Press your palms firmly against each other.
Hold for 10 seconds, then relax.
Repeat 10 times.
You should feel the muscles around your chest and shoulders working.
Stand straight and stretch your arms sideways.
Slowly bring both arms toward each other in front of your chest.
Squeeze your chest muscles for 2–3 seconds.
Open your arms again.
Repeat 15 times.
For more resistance, you can later use light dumbbells or filled water bottles.
Perform this routine 4–5 days a week.
You do not need to exercise for hours. Even 5–10 minutes consistently can help strengthen your upper-body muscles.
Keep your shoulders relaxed and avoid excessively arching your back.
Massage cannot increase breast size, but it can temporarily improve circulation while moisturizing the skin. Keeping the skin hydrated can also make it look smoother and more supple.
You will need:
Take 1 Tbsp aloe vera gel in a clean bowl.
Add 1 tsp sweet almond oil.
If you want extra moisturization, puncture one vitamin E capsule and squeeze the oil into the mixture.
Mix everything until you get a smooth gel-like consistency.
Take a small amount of the mixture between your palms.
Apply it over the upper and outer breast area.
Using your fingertips, massage gently in circular upward motions for around 3–5 minutes.
Avoid excessive pressure or aggressive pulling of the skin.
Leave the moisturizer on for about 20–30 minutes, or use a very small quantity as an overnight moisturizer if it suits your skin.
You can repeat this 3–4 times a week.
